This property management and maintenance company is failing miserably. Everyone complains about the maintenance; unfortunately, there isn't a single expert maintenance worker. The same person who works on air conditioning also works on electricity and plumbing—there's no specialization whatsoever. They're carpenters and blacksmiths, a jack-of-all-trades, and their work isn't even clean.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of l accountability shown by the management team. There have been repeated complaints from multiple residents regarding a serious cockroach infestation, yet no effective or lasting action has been taken. This is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about hygiene, health, and safety within the building. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. It has been nearly impossible to reach a supervisor or manager to discuss the issue or obtain a proper resolution. Residents deserve to have their concerns acknowledged and addressed promptly, especially when they relate to public health. This matter requires immediate and effective action, not temporary fixes or ignored complaints. I sincerely hope the management takes responsibility, improves its response to residents, and treats this issue with the seriousness it deserves.

They rarely respond to messages, and the communication is poor. I found an apartment at a good price and expressed my interest in renting it. After that, I was told that the owner was no longer willing to rent it, but I was immediately offered another apartment at a significantly higher price. This gave me the impression that the lower-priced listings are mainly used to attract interest, and once you inquire, you're encouraged to consider more expensive options instead. I can't say whether that's intentional, but based on my experience, it didn't feel transparent or trustworthy. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this real estate company. Very disappointing experience.

They owe me 800 aed but they refuse to pay and they are ignoring all my emails for the last 4 months. Extremely unprofessional company
