GoogleIt use to be great.. No after sales. After few years I asked questions about warranty. Called trice x send emails.. No. One is getting in touch. Quite disappointing.

The team was so easy to work with, very organized, and communication was excellent. Their work was fast, efficient, and looks amazing - just how I envisioned! Aiden was great - coming out straight away to show samples and provide a very reasonable quote. He ensured everything was ready right on schedule. Luke, Armando, DJ, James, and Rossvert did the work and installation - they were very professional, did an amazing job, and made my life so easy throughout the process! Thanks to everyone - this company was recommended to me by a friend and I’ll definitely recommend them to others in the future!

We recently had ou kitchen wrapped by Creative Wrap and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our salesman Addie was friendly and informative without being pushy, the surveyor was professional and thorough - took time to question everything to make sure everything was covered. A big thank you to Ryan, Robert, Jully and Shahen from the ops team for being efficient, respectful of our home, and leaving everything spotless - loved the production line process! The whole kitchen was completed in just one day with outstanding quality. Definitely money well spent, we paid a fair price for quality work and a kitchen we now love. Would highly recommend Ctreative Wrap for great value and excellent service. Thanks guys!

Really happy with the service and professionalism of everyone at Creative Wrap. Approached them about getting my kitchen cabinets wrapped as they were looking dated and old. Received a comprehensive quote quickly and managed to get a booking the very next week. The team arrived on time and worked hard all day to get everything completed on the same day. The quality of work is great and it has really transformed the kitchen. Big thanks to Robin, July, Jaylord and Joseph for their professionalism and attention to detail. They made sure everything was perfect before finishing up and did a brilliant job.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Creative Wrap. I had an expensive dining table that had unfortunately faded from the Dubai sun. Rather than replacing it, I decided to have it wrapped, and I’m so pleased I did. From my first visit to the showroom, Emma was so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful, making the whole process easy. Then DJ came to wrap the table, and his workmanship was outstanding. His attention to detail was incredible, and the finish looks flawless – you would never know it had been wrapped. He was professional, friendly and took great pride in his work. The table looks brand new, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Creative Wrap to anyone looking to restore or transform their furniture. Thank you, Emma and DJ, for such an excellent experience!

The team did an amazing job wrapping my kitchen cabinets and giving the whole space a fresh, premium look. Special thanks to Mr. Felix and Mr. Taha from the sales team for their seamless coordination and guidance, and to the installation team—Mr. Dennis, Mr. Joseph, and Mr. Armando—for their meticulous craftsmanship, speed, and professionalism. Top-quality work from start to finish. I highly recommend Creative Wrap and will definitely be spreading the word!

It’s a reputable company but I had a very unenjoyable experience getting quotes and chatting with one of the reps on whatsapp so I couldn’t go forward.

Hello Maya, We are so sorry to hear this. We have checked with your sales representative Taha and can see there was a miscommunication issue over WhatsApp. He assured us it's all sorted and we hope your experience moving forward is more enjoyable. Again, Taha sends his apologies for the misunderstanding. Regards, Cath Williams General Manager
