We would like to clarify that the confirmed check-in time for this reservation was 3:00 PM, as clearly stated and agreed upon in the booking confirmation. You chose to arrive earlier than the scheduled time, while the apartment was still being prepared, and early check-in was simply not possible. The check-in instructions were sent exactly at 3:00 PM, in full accordance with the agreed terms. Leaving a one-star review before even entering or experiencing the apartment is neither fair nor reflective of the property or our service. It is disappointing to see a guest disregard the terms they personally accepted and then complain about them afterward. We maintain a respectful environment for all our guests, and we expect the same in return. We do not tolerate rude or unreasonable behavior, and we prioritise hosting guests who value clear communication, fairness, and mutual respect.

WOWWW!!! Beautiful apartment. Beautiful view of the canal and Burj Khalifa. Location is great and in the middle of the city so it was a quick drive to Dubai Mall, Burj, Gold Souk market etc. Cabs are easy to find from the entrance. There were restaurants within walkable distance. The apartment is very well kept and had all the amenities that are listed in the listing. The host was super responsive (even in the middle of the night). Would 100% recommend and book again. Thanks Daify for making our Dubai stay a memorable experience.
