I had an excellent experience with DAIFY Holiday Team. Their team is highly professional, responsive, and dedicated to providing outstanding service. Everything was handled efficiently and transparently, making the entire stay smooth and hassle-free. I encountered one or two minor issues with the property, which is quite common during any stay, but what impressed me most was how supportive and prompt their team was in resolving them. They responded quickly, addressed the concerns professionally, and ensured that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I highly recommend DAIFY Holiday Homes to anyone looking for reliable and customer-focused short-term rental management services.

I would especially like to thank Raghad for her support. She was very helpful, responsive, and professional, and I really appreciated her assistance. I also loved that you offered to arrange apartment cleaning, which shows great care and attention to guests. Thank you again for the great service. Very bad service. I’ve been waiting in the building for 30 mins to get check in instructions. I don’t get any response. What kind of service is that.
Response from DAIFY Holiday Homes Short Term Rental Management
We would like to clarify that the confirmed check-in time for this reservation was 3:00 PM, as clearly stated and agreed upon in the booking confirmation. You chose to arrive earlier than the scheduled time, while the apartment was still being prepared, and early check-in was simply not possible. The check-in instructions were sent exactly at 3:00 PM, in full accordance with the agreed terms. Leaving a one-star review before even entering or experiencing the apartment is neither fair nor reflective of the property or our service. It is disappointing to see a guest disregard the terms they personally accepted and then complain about them afterward. We maintain a respectful environment for all our guests, and we expect the same in return. We do not tolerate rude or unreasonable behavior, and we prioritise hosting guests who value clear communication, fairness, and mutual respect.

Daify have some really nice apartments with everything you could want for a short to medium stay. I worked with Jonas who went the extra mile to secure a place for me for a medium term stay. When I need somewhere to stay in Dubai, they are my first point of contact. Thanks Guys!!

WOWWW!!! Beautiful apartment. Beautiful view of the canal and Burj Khalifa. Location is great and in the middle of the city so it was a quick drive to Dubai Mall, Burj, Gold Souk market etc. Cabs are easy to find from the entrance. There were restaurants within walkable distance. The apartment is very well kept and had all the amenities that are listed in the listing. The host was super responsive (even in the middle of the night). Would 100% recommend and book again. Thanks Daify for making our Dubai stay a memorable experience.

Daify and especially Kristina did a great job finding an apartment for me. The entire process was smooth and stress-free — from the first viewing to signing the contract. Communication was excellent throughout: I always received quick and, most importantly, helpful responses. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find a place that suited my needs. I felt supported every step of the way, and I’m really happy with the outcome. Highly recommended!
