We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our family. The location on Yas Island was perfect, with easy access to the theme parks, Yas Marina and plenty of places to eat and shop. Check-in was straightforward, communication with the host was excellent, and the apartment felt safe, modern and comfortable throughout our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A beautiful hotel with a lovely view. It's exceptionally clean, offers comprehensive services, and is very close to Dubai Mall. Honestly, it deserves a high rating, and I highly recommend it, especially for families. Thank you to the staff for their excellent service and cooperation.

Comfortable stay, helpful staff, nice location with services like a pharmacy, Carrefour, and parking. Each room accommodates four people and has two large beds. The stay was comfortable and suitable for a large family looking to save money instead of hotels and gather the family in one place. It's suitable for extended stays, as it includes a kitchen with all cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, and a washing machine.

Clean and cozy apartment in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for those who want to avoid the chaos in the city. Near to many attractions in Yas Island. Check in and check out are hassle free as instructions are very clear. Host is also very responsive. This apartment is highly recommended and we’ll definitely book again. 😊 …

My experience was disappointing, not because of the mistake itself, but because of how it was handled. My booking was accidentally canceled when my niece was playing with my phone. I contacted the host within 10 minutes and explained the situation, hoping we could find a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, all I received was a reference to the cancellation policy. There was no attempt to understand the situation, offer alternative dates, provide a partial refund, or find any middle ground. I am sharing this review because customer service is not only about policies, but also about how you treat people when unexpected situations happen. A little understanding and willingness to help can make a big difference.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Having convenient parking spaces was a great advantage and made everything much easier. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.
