We’ve had an absolutely terrific experience with Designsmith over the last few months. From the outset, we found them to be professional, thorough and fully transparent. The quality of their work was also outstanding, from the initial design phase to managing approval permits and then finally the actual execution of our vision. Whenever we ran into any issues, they collaborated with us and came up with creative solutions to preserve the look and feel of what we were trying to accomplish. A special shoutout to project manager Pir Asjad who did a phenomenal job managing the teams, communicating with us and ensuring that the project was completed on time and on budget. Even since the handover, he’s been regularly checking in with us and making teams available for any minor fixes / adjustments that we’ve needed. Overall, I would highly recommend Designsmith and would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely terrible service, workmanship and quality of work. Delayed the renovation of my villa for almost two years, finally had to kick them out, as they deliver only excuses, lies and broken promises on time. Have a huge list of well documented mistakes, defects and poor workmanship. The quality of their work doesn't come near to what they charge. The labor they use is unqualified and underpaid. UPDATED to accommodate the below reply from DS. Payment delays? The whole project was paid for two years BEFORE you were kicked out for delays and EVERYTHING was advanced, you reference to "crypto payment" shows how exactly you work. All payments were made from my ENBD personal account directly to your account. I have all receipts to proof. I have video proof of all damages done by your team and all correspondence with all of your team members on how exactly you performed. Moreover we have proof of all the faults and lack of hot water for weeks - that's how you accommodated my move in. As for your comment on something not approved by the authorities- I will refer this to my legal team for filing a Defamation claim. Same as for your allegations that I used crypto.

Recommended by our interior designer Niche Corner, we have had a highly positive and pleasant experience with the entire Design Smith Team. We have always found them to be incredibly thorough, professional, customer-service oriented, and experts in their field. I found the project management team to be highly collaborative, creative, and willing to work on innovative solutions outside of the box. Their craftsmanship is excellent and they are very positive about fine-tuning any details that a client will want. Highly recommended!

Worked with Designsmith on a number of fitout projects. Their attention to detail, precision and workmanship is second to none. In particular, their joinery and masonry works stand out. Working with Pir Asjad (PM) has been highly beneficial and his focus on each element of these projects is commendable.

Very bad company. Everything is always late, and they never finish on time. They make promises and constantly break them. There is no respect, no professionalism, and no proper communication. The mistakes are countless. Errors in woodwork, wrong sizes, wrong dimensions, and even wrong colors — despite confirming everything more than three times and signing the agreement. After all confirmations and approvals, they still make basic mistakes. Their behavior and attitude are extremely unprofessional. They do not respect time, and their way of dealing is very poor. This is honestly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Today, another company came and finished three rooms in one day in a professional way. Meanwhile, Design Smith has been working for THREE YEARS and the job is still not completed. This is unacceptable. With this kind of work quality and customer treatment, this company should seriously reconsider how they operate. Very bad company. Everything is late for them, and they never stick to time. They constantly promise and break promises. There is no respect, no professionalism, and no courtesy. The mistakes are countless. Mistakes in the wood, the measurements, the dimensions, and even the colors—despite confirmation more than three times and a signed agreement. Yet they make mistakes in the simplest of things. Their service is absolutely terrible, and they have no respect for the client's time. They are among the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Today, another company came and finished three rooms in one day, professionally. Meanwhile, Design Smith has been working for three years and the job is still not finished! What kind of work is this? This is completely unacceptable. With this level of service and quality of work, they need to completely rethink their management style.
