Urgent Complaint – Unacceptable Conditions and Host Misconduct at Fujairah 4-Bedroom Apartment We arrived at the Fujairah 4-bedroom apartment and experienced a delayed check-in and unprecedented issues with the host and dirty condition of the apartment. Upon finally entering, we were shocked to find the building dirty, property in an appalling state. The apartment was extremely dirty and far below any acceptable cleanliness standards. Bedding had not been changed after previous guests, there was hair inside the beds and in the bathroom, and dust and dirt were present throughout. Urine in bathrooms, smell is intolerable!!! This is completely unacceptable for a paid accommodation. The host, Kishant, acted unprofessionally and refused to take responsibility for the condition of the property. We requested that a legally authorized professional cleaning company be brought in to clean the apartment and replace the bedding sets. The host refused, stating it was “too expensive” for proper cleaning. He rejected our request to engage Address Company professional cleaning services and also refused to allow us to call any other company to clean the apartment. Also he rejected another cheaper professional cleaning company to solve the problem. Instead, two individuals arrived without detergents, cleaning supplies, or fresh bedding. They were unfit to perform proper cleaning and simply asked us to leave the apartment while they were there. This is a disaster and we strongly advise others to stay away from this host and property. The lack of basic hygiene, refusal to provide professional cleaning, and the host’s unprofessional conduct make this rental unsafe and unsuitable for guests. They just smile at our faces and told us that it’s not a hotel.

One of the best apartments in Dubai is very clean and the furniture is beautiful and the view overlooks the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa. Our reservation was in the ACT TWO building, apartment number 1208. I dealt with the employee Perchant . He is a creative and kind man and dealing with him is easy and comfortable. I thank for Perchant his service and good treatment with us😎

Fantastic Stay at Burj Residences 3 I had the pleasure of staying at the Burj Residences 3 and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The apartment was modern, spacious, and beautifully furnished, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We recently stayed in downtown Dubai at The Residences, Tower 5. The apartment was spacious for our family and in a fantastic location. The views were amazing and we loved that we were in walking distance to so many places to eat and a small grocery store. Would highly recommend. Our experience with Dream Inn also make made a big difference. Traveling from the U.S. we felt taken care of by Prashant and his team. Whenever we needed something they were there to help.

I've been in Dubai for 9 days with my family and we're receiving terrible service. I rented an apartment with a view of the Burj Khalifa, but they gave us one with a view of a building. We never got access to the pool or gym. The bathroom lights and one of the balcony lights aren't working, and they've never come to fix them. Every day they tell me "tomorrow." The idea was to explore Dubai and enjoy a relaxing New Year's holiday, and every day we're complaining that they're providing what we paid for. We've spoken with six different people, and none of them have offered a solution.

Avoid Dream Inn - Unreliable and Unprofessional, I had a very disappointing experience with Dream Inn in Dubai. I booked a villa through Booking.com well in advance for my family’s vacation, as I live in Dubai and have experience dealing with some companies that lack honesty. After following up on the property, I was shocked when a representative, Mr. Taimoor, asked me to cancel my booking for an unacceptable reason. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for me and my family. I strongly advise against booking any property managed by Dream Inn. They are unreliable and could waste your time and money, as they did with mine. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more trustworthy company for your holiday stay.

I was initially skeptical about the holiday home model for my unit in Downtown. But after coming across Dream Inn and working with mr. Ariya, my perspective completely shifted. From the beginning, they took the time to clearly explain how the entire process works. During the first month and a half, I did feel a bit uncertain due to limited results. But the Dream Inn team reassured me that short-term rentals take a little time to build momentum. By about month 2 to 3, we started seeing exponential growth in occupancy and income. The best part? My family has even been able to enjoy the property during gaps, and the entire experience has been smooth and professional.
