DO NOT BOOK! I booked through Agoda only to be told by the property host that the date I booked was not available. Then Agoda tried to contact them to verified for the cancellation yet they were not responsive for the past few days! I find this is ridiculous for the property to be listed yet not available. Can you imagine if I did not make initiative to contact property I would have ended up stranded without any place to stay?!!! That shows the property is not responsive and not responsible for property. I’ve been trying to keep in contact via WhatsApp and all their reply is “it is not available”. Urgh!!! then somebody please go and reply to Agoda for God sake so Agoda can process the cancellation!!!

I recently stayed in an apartment at Souk Al Bahar, Dubai, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, which gave a great sense of comfort and peace of mind. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding.
