We recently stayed in La Cote Building 4 - 503 at Port de La Mer, as first-time parents with our baby, and it was fantastic! The apartment is spacious, clean, and very quiet—ideal for a little one’s nap time. The entire complex is very stroller-friendly, with easy access paths and elevators, everything was accessible, from the building to the surrounding areas. The beach was just a short, stroller-friendly walk away, perfect for peaceful morning walks with our little one. So we never had to worry about navigating with our stroller. We loved taking peaceful walks around the area; there are plenty of safe, open spaces where babies can enjoy the surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable. We felt truly at home and would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with young children. Can't wait to come back!

I recently stayed at La Cote Building 4-504 in Port de La Mer with my family, including our baby, and it was an excellent experience. The apartment is very clean, modern, and quiet, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing family trip. We had a wonderful time at this place. Amazing people, great views and excellent experience. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to the beach. nice and clean, quiet and safe with wonderful view from the balcony. Excellent service provided by the management. This place deserves 6 out of 5. Everything you would need to feel like home was beautifully there. And the terrace was just the cherry on the top. Especially that the area was quiet and peaceful. So sitting on that terrace at night was a real treat. In addition to having an access to the beach and 2 pools one of them is for children. It’s also 15 minutes walk to La mer beach which is nice too. I would definitely recommend it and also book again.

Port de La Mer must be included in your Dubai itinerary and this accommodation is the perfect place for family and big group of friends to stay. The accommodation is not only spacious but has the most scenic view in the area.

5⭐️ Fast internet Service, kids was able to attend there online classes without interruption #4hrtimedifferencePH-DXB 5⭐️ Complete Room Amenities and Kitchen Materials. 5⭐️ Great view both sides from the Balcony 5⭐️ Security - we feel safe and secured 5⭐️ Comfort - 2Bedroom with Large Bed, 2 Toilet & bath, sala, Kitchen and laundry area, dining area and a Balcony. 5⭐️ Resort Amenities - kids was able to enjoy 3 different swimming pool in the area, kids play area. Thank you so much we have a wonderful stay here.

I can write endlessly about this apartment... it captivated us at first sight with its coziness, beauty and cleanliness! A huge terrace with beautiful views in different directions. Comfortable furniture, beautiful dishes, the kitchen has everything! Bravo to the designer! The beach is literally around the corner, but there is another large well-equipped beach La Mer, a 10-minute walk away. 5 swimming pools, a new supermarket, salons, there is absolutely everything here! Many thanks to George and his assistants for communication and a warm welcome🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
