A comfortable, productive, and secure experience with full adherence to the agreed-upon contract. The checks were received on time, and the property transfer was smooth and easy. Many thanks also to the Egyptian employee, Aya Ahmed, for her fruitful cooperation in providing the best offers and facilities from Dogasta. I have entered into three investment agreements with them, and so far, they have not broken their promises. Many thanks to the head of Dogasta and the entire team. It should be noted that the client was not given sufficient explanations regarding the company's offer, which was not included in the agreements. Furthermore, there was a lack of coordination between the company's spokespeople, resulting in sometimes conflicting responses and leaving the client confused.

Very Unprofessional Management and Poor Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and management at Dugasta Properties. Unfortunately, my experience has involved repeated missed commitments, unfulfilled promises, and constant delays. The property transfer has been delayed for the last 5–6 months, despite repeated follow-ups and assurances that the matter would be resolved. Unfortunately, until today, we have still not received the transfer, and the commitments made to us have not been fulfilled. What is most frustrating is the lack of clear communication and accountability. We have been given multiple promises and expected timelines, but these have repeatedly been delayed without any satisfactory resolution. This entire experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I strongly believe that a professional property company should value its clients, communicate transparently, and honor the commitments it makes. I would not recommend Dugasta Properties based on my experience unless there is a significant improvement in their management, communication, and commitment to clients.

Well I wish I could share a positive experience but unfortunately I can not share any experience at all. I saw an Instagram ad, contacted the number that was advertised there and am connected with some whatsapp bot that says an agent will contact me, which by the way never happened. So I guess client priority is not very much in focus within this company.
