Here to share my experience. Maybe some agents work differently from others in this company, but my experience was rather unpleasant. The agent I rented from, Livia, was responsive until she got her commissions. Then, she just gave me the landlord's number and invited me to deal with him. He kept telling me to talk to the agent, but she was not helpful. At some point, she even told me she was on leave and left me with a big A headache, thanks to which I had to waste money, which would have never happened if she had just acted professionally and done her job. Even the landlord decided to change agencies, eventually. It’s a NO for me.

Average service. Managed apartment services in Dubai is different than rest of the world. Here they are just a proxy to landlord. They don’t have much authority to make decisions without going back to the landlord. This can be good or bad depending on your landlord. They will get the job done but you have to always wait for the 3 way conversation to conclude. If you have a good relationship with a landlord, they won’t add much value.
