The check in was too long as the person yo get us in was not available, there is no concierge and once in the room, there was a water leak from the ceiling which went unfixed till end of stay, inspit of repeated technicians visiting multiple times during our stay. Response times for queries is far too long and sadly it did not give me the right vibe. The apartment is good, nice views and amenities are fine, location is also fair

Fantastic location. The property is literally attached to the Dubai Mall through an exclusive passage way and bridge. An optional free buggy ride to the mall also awaits at both ends of the bridge

There were a few issues .. but the host was ALWAYS QUICK to answer and very accommodating. He is also a man of his word and him and his team go above and beyond to help. Issues are normal, but the quick response, actions and humanity i received was everything ! thank you for being such a great host. Hope to book again soon ;)

Our stay at Elite Escapes apartment was fabulous. The best location ever, in downtown Dubai with full view to Burj Khalifa from every room and direct access to Dubai Mall with everything that it offers: shops, restaurants and entertainment. The apartment is modern furnished, clean and welcoming. Elite was a great host, friendly, quick responsive and helpful that made us feel comfortable and special. We definitely will come back and recommend this host.

I’ve been an Airbnb user around the world, and this was one of my worst experiences. After a long flight, I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby while they tried to figure out my apartment. The place was freezing cold even with the AC off. I asked for an extra blanket and was given one without a cover, which I didn’t use. The toilet paper and towels were extremely low quality, to the point that I had to buy my own. Overall, an awful experience. The only positive was the location.

Our stay at the Elite Escape Dubai Apartment was simply fantastic. The apartment is modern, stylishly furnished, and very clean – you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. One of the biggest highlights is the direct access to Dubai Mall, which makes shopping, dining, and visiting attractions extremely convenient. The service was professional and friendly, and everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this apartment.

Cleanliness is zero out of ten!!! We booked four days, stayed for two, and then left because of the filth we saw. Even though they're the ones at fault, they still haven't refunded the change for the two days, and they're denying what we saw!! We found blood on the sheets 😖😖🤢🤮 When we told them, the cleaning lady accused us of soiling the sheets, saying she cleaned everything and there was no blood!!! What's wrong with her!!!! Besides that, the bathrooms were full of rust and the mattress area was filthy 🤮🤮 And the curtains were disgusting 🤢🤢 The balcony was filthy and they only put one chair for two of us!!! This is absolutely disgusting! I would never recommend it. The place is cramped and only meant for two people, yet they've put a dining table for six, making it unnecessarily small. The place is also incredibly uncomfortable. Don't be shocked like we were, or your trip will be ruined! 🤕🤮🤢☹️
