I had an outstanding experience working with Luca Cappalonga and couldn't recommend him more highly. He sold my villa remarkably quickly and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless. He then helped me find my dream villa, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and providing honest, thoughtful advice every step of the way. His support went far beyond buying and selling property. He helped me find a storage facility for my belongings, introduced me to an excellent renovation company, and was always available to answer questions or offer guidance whenever I needed it. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. He also successfully handled the sale of my office, even though commercial real estate isn't his primary area of expertise. If I ever need real estate assistance again, Luca will be the first person I call. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate professional in the UAE. Zhanna.

I had an exceptional experience with the team at Engel & Völkers Dubai, and I want to give a special mention to two outstanding professionals who made it all possible. Cecilia, our broker, was knowledgeable, attentive, and guided us through every step of the sales process with confidence and care. Her expertise and dedication truly set her apart. Princess, the administrator handling the title transfer, was nothing short of remarkable. She kept everything organized, on track, and communicated clearly throughout — making what can be a stressful process feel completely seamless. Together, they are a dream team. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more professional experience. Highly recommend Engel & Völkers Dubai, and these two wonderful ladies in particular. Thank you, Cecilia and Princess! 🌟

Dealing with Tamer was exceptional. He was able to understand my needs to provide the exact property am looking for. Very dedicated, taking me step by step, not rushing but making sure that I understood fully all aspects. Explaining everything and ensuring that I get the best deal with the best possible conditions working on my best interest with the deal specifics even if it could mean abandoning the current deal and start over. Very honest, straightforward. His knowledge on the market is quite impressive. I would not have a second thought to recommend him and looking forward for our next.

We had an excellent experience working with Ms Daria Izmerli on the purchase of our apartment at Dubai Creek Beach (Savannah Building). From the initial purchase through Emaar in August 2023 to the upcoming handover, her guidance has been consistently professional, thoughtful, and—most importantly—reliable. Her advice at every stage gave us confidence and made the entire process smooth and straightforward. She is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend her and look forward to working together again on future opportunities. Kevin

I had the pleasure of working with Tamer Hassan from Engel & Völkers on the purchase of two flats, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend him more highly. From the outset, what stood out was not just his professionalism and deep knowledge of the market, but his character. He is someone you immediately feel you can trust—honest, transparent, and truly invested in doing the right thing for his clients. In an industry where that isn’t always guaranteed, it made a real difference. He guided me through every step of the process with clarity and patience, always available to answer questions and offer thoughtful, well-considered advice. Beyond being an exceptionally capable and efficient sales agent, he approaches his work with genuine care. You never feel like just another transaction—he takes the time to understand what you’re looking for and ensures you feel confident in your decisions. Buying property can be stressful, but he made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I’m incredibly grateful for his support and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy, reliable and principled agent.

Working with Engel & Völkers was one of the best decisions we made in purchasing our dream home in Dubai. From the very beginning, Ashwath, our real estate agent, was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and guided us through every step of the process with clarity, care, and expertise. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. When some of our friends visited Dubai to explore real estate investment opportunities, he generously took the time to show them different properties and answer all their questions about the market. That level of dedication reflects not only his professionalism but also his genuine desire to help people make the right decisions. Princess was also outstanding throughout the entire process. She was highly organized, professional, and incredibly supportive, ensuring that all the administrative steps were handled smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail made the experience stress-free for us. We are extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend Ashwath, Princess, and the team at Engel & Völkers to anyone looking to purchase a home or invest in real estate in Dubai.
