I’ve been fortunate enough to use Espace Real Estate for both the purchase and sale of our property in Dubai. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none, and it’s clear to see why they are number 1 in Dubais most established communities. Danny Abraham & Robbie McDonald know all there is to know about the Meadows, Lakes and Springs and IMO are the only agents you need to use when buying/selling. Period. John Lyons (MD of Espace) often shares super informative and transparent market insights and webinars which really help investors to make informed and calculated decisions (this was particularly useful and reassuring when the UAE was deep in the middle of the conflict in March 2026). Crissan Arban from Espace conveyancing team guided us through the sales entire process, and made sure we understood everything and was always immediately available for any question or concerns we had along the way. Crissan went above and beyond and made everything an absolute breeze. 10/10 for the entire Espace team 🫱🏽🫲🏾.

We had an outstanding experience selling our villa with Espace, and I can’t recommend Dylan highly enough. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally. Matthew and Dylan provided a thorough market assessment and property valuation, giving us confidence in the process from day one. Dylan then found the perfect buyer—a lovely family who will make wonderful new owners of our home. Although the sale was completed slightly below the asking price, the buyer was a cash purchaser, which made the entire process incredibly smooth and fast. What really set Dylan apart was his communication. He went above and beyond by keeping us informed after every single viewing, always making himself available to answer questions and provide updates. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. A special thank you also to Crissan, the Conveyancing Executive, who ensured the completion process was seamless. It was refreshing to be dealing with and amazing people throughout my property purchase process. Especially Mark McGrath and Ms Holly Brunton. Mark is an agent that will not push you in any direction that doesn’t suit you or into any decision that do not align with your own interests. From my experience he is trying to get to know you and your family to better understand your situation and needs and not only to close the deal. He is the only agent that knew every single detail about property, even the dogs names. Ms Holly was extremely helpful to make the process as smooth and easy for us when it came to paperwork. Amazing experience working with these people.

I get 10s of calls from agents daily. I dont normally answer as they are annoying and waste of time. Natalia Tovarnytska, one of Espace consultants, approached me nicely and very professionally via WhatsApp. She Introduced herself and presented her services. I liked her approach. I gave her a property to list. Within 48hrs Nathalia had an offer for me and closed it... very professional, hard working with quality customers. Very much recommend working with Nathalia. I am glad to be working w her and will give her more work to do.
