The worst attitude with their representative , so rude and disrespectful, he made me come all the way for viewing and once I reached I called him , he was talking to me as if I am asking him for a favor!!! I don’t recommend it for anyone

My husband and I stayed at Burj Sabah, booked through Everluxe Real Estate And Holiday Homes. Wow I was absolutely disgusted about everything. We just moved to Dubai and stayed there for 2 weeks, worst 2 weeks ever. Horrible experience for just moving to Dubai as well. Where do I even begin? At first I thought it was cute, VERY small (took a studio apartment but it’s literally just a bed). We then sat on the bed and I kid you not it felt like the floor. The bed was so hard we were able to leave hot tea on top of the bed and still sit and move around on the bed. The pillows? Wow, they feel like they 20 years old. We did not even get provided a fitted sheet for the bed. Every single night I had to get up and fix the bed because the mattress was extremely dirty and we were not comfortable, just now anyone would not be comfortable sleeping on a dirty mattress. I sent photos and proof, messages to multiple numbers through this Everluxe agency, but not one person had the respect and decency to reply to me. All that was provided was a sheet and a duvet with 2 rock hard pillows. Then I opened the cupboards, wow did they absolutely stink our entire room smelt like rotten eggs. No ways was I putting clean clothes in there! And then it came to me opening the kitchen cupboards and using plates/utensils etc. every single dish was dirty sitting in the cupboard. Most of the cutlery were all dirty with dried stuck food on it. It was disguting. We did not cook once in that apartment because of how dirty it was. And to top this entire experience off, BED BUGS. Yes, that’s right. I got bitten by bed bugs on the right side of my body. Didn’t even Bother contacting anyone for assistance ? No because why would I when I already tried reaching out for help but not one person had the audacity to reply. The lack of service from this agency is atrocious. The lack of service of the building is horrible. I ask for help they tell me oh there’s no help I must do everything myself. We had 6 large suitcases , a golf bag, 2 smaller suitcases, bunches of hand luggage and grocery bags from the sixth floor. I kindly asked for assistance the day we left and I got told that’s not offered in the building. At this point I just laughed because wow. The only positive thing I can say about this entire stay was the location. It was central and lots of shops around, however it takes 11 minutes just to get out of the area because of how far it is compared to the rest of the roads. Overall, I will never recommend this place to anyone. Or this agency because the way they treat their clients is horrible. Nothing “Luxe” about this agency AT ALL. I even asked the people who checked us out to tell someone to message or call me as I have lots to say as I’m very unhappy. He apologized and said he will get the lady to phone me. Did she ? No. Did she message ? No. Did she email ? No. So again, absolutely no lack of accountability, themselves know how terrible this place is and that’s why they did not want to face me about all their problems.

Very unprofessional and misleading pricing practices I had a disappointing experience with this holiday rental company. The pricing was changed multiple times, which felt misleading and unfair. During the viewing, we were quoted one price, but when we called to confirm the booking, the price was suddenly increased without any valid explanation. This behavior gives the impression of taking advantage of customers rather than dealing transparently and professionally. Unfortunately, there was also a clear lack of respect toward the client, which is not what you would expect from a reputable real estate or holiday rental agency in Dubai. To make matters worse, a representative named Sam was very rude and dismissive during our follow-up conversation, which further confirmed our decision not to proceed. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious and ensure all pricing is confirmed in writing before engaging with this company.

No hospitality, represents owner only more than consider the needs from customers side. They send me all the fees and price before the viewing. When I ask for videos they said no videos, I said we are moving from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, please offer any real pictures or videos before we drive from Abu Dhabi. they said you can come and visit anytime. I wish they can continue their hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay with Everluxe Holiday Homes. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the team was professional, responsive, and always ready to help. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. Overall, it felt like a true home away from home. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend Everluxe to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable holiday stay.

It doesn't deserve a half star . the worst stay in my life be aware don't book from this company you will never get back your deposit fully . Very rude staff , no sense of costumer services , no maintenance for the apartment , they respond you the time they want , apartments are very dirty . they look after money only
