Extremely disappointing experience with Fixit Design. We hired Fixit Design for renovation and custom furniture work in our home and paid approximately AED 45,000 upfront, representing around 50% of the agreed work. Unfortunately, the quality of what was delivered was nowhere near the standard we were promised or what you would expect for this price. The workmanship was extremely poor. Measurements were incorrect, finishes were badly executed, items did not match what had been agreed, and several pieces had to be questioned, corrected or redone. Even basic details that a professional interior/fit-out company should get right were not properly executed. The overall finish looked cheap and poorly made — certainly not the quality we paid for. The project also dragged on for more than two months, with repeated delays and constant frustration. Instead of being able to trust the company to complete the job properly, we had to keep checking, complaining and pointing out problems ourselves. Our experience dealing with Navid and the management was equally disappointing. After paying such a significant amount upfront, we expected accountability, proper supervision and a professional solution when things went wrong. Instead, we were left extremely dissatisfied with both the workmanship and the way the problems were handled. We have renovated and furnished properties before, and this was one of the poorest experiences we have had in Dubai. Paying around AED 45,000 and receiving work of this standard is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering Fixit Design to inspect every measurement, material and finish carefully, put absolutely everything in writing, and think very carefully before making a substantial upfront payment. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Fixit Design.

Never fulfill there commitment they deserve 0 star but no option for that. So lazy & mannerless staff never answered the call at time. After a 2nd commitment when I called they simply answer we can't do now. Never bother to inform you ahead even I already explain them I need it urgent but after 5 days there response was we can't do it. I will not recommend to anyone. I will request you to post a "0" star review if you also have the same experience ,it will help others.

I am very happy with the curtains! Everything turned out beautifully and exactly as I wanted. I’d also like to highlight how quickly everything was handled—the delivery team came right to my home, brought the curtains, and installed them immediately, all without charging any extra fee for the installation. It was incredibly convenient, fast, and hassle-free. I am absolutely delighted with the result!

The sales man sold very bad product. Appeared very unprofessional. He never took responsibility that he couldn't deliver what he promised. It supposed to be window blinds with 100% darkness. Unfortunately I can read a book when the blinds are closed. The sales man realized he couldn't make it as he promised so he tried to fix what was already installed on my windows. He didn't not take any responsibilities. His team appeared unannounced one day while I had to go for a medical appointment after my surgery. DO NOT consider them at any cost after 2 months the metal channels fall out of the wall and the motor stoped working. Don't waste your money. I am not sure if the company knew about that sales man or he was just am agent. In any case my window blinds are useless. No one contacted me to follow up or check.

I hired this company to supply & install Curtains & Carpets for my brand new Villa. And I must say that it was the worst experience dealing with the team involved, even after confirmation of the choices & paying deposits I had to chase them endlessly through all channels without any proper answer to when the materials will be delivered & installed. The so called 100% blackout curtains are nowhere near that figure, save your time & money by getting another provider for curtains.
