Stayed for 10 days, and I felt right at home! The room looks great; the only thing is that the sofa bed is a bit too hard. But all in all, with the access you have to all the facilities in the building, this is truly a top-notch stay! Child-friendly too. You are not far from the sights. Communication was very pleasant. We asked for dishwashing sponges and they were delivered immediately. If the sofa bed is adjusted, I'll give it a 10; for now, an 8. View photo from the balcony 😉

The accommodation was truly fantastic and exactly as described. We immediately felt very comfortable; the decor is very tasteful and well-maintained. There's a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa, which is a real highlight of this accommodation. The Dubai Mall is just a few minutes away by taxi, but also easily reachable on foot. Many attractions are in the immediate vicinity, offering plenty of exciting things to discover and experience. The hostess is excellent and very friendly. We would gladly return, as we were very happy with this accommodation and the hostess.

Irina is the best of host that I have come across so far. She was super quick to respond to any requests. Irina & her team are the best. Very professional and caring. During our stay every other day she kept checking in on us and regularly asked if there's anything necessary supplies to be refilled. She made us feel home, cared for & made our stay the most comfortable. To Top it all, on the day of our check out the surprise partial refund by Irina, for a request not fulfilled by the building management was super overwhelming and kind. We stayed at the Seven Palm Residence. The accommodation was perfect and gorgeous, just like in the photos! The host was exceptional, always answering all our questions promptly. The apartment has everything you need. Very clean and everything is new! You can enjoy the beach and all the amenities, including the infinity pool, which can sometimes get overly crowded, but that has nothing to do with the apartment. I would definitely return and recommend it!

Our 4-day staycation at Grandeur Residence was an absolute delight! Spacious, spotless, and truly felt like home. The kitchen even came stocked with masalas, which won our hearts (and stomachs!). The host-Irina, was super considerate and responsive throughout. Our only tiny wish? The sofa cushions could use a little freshening up. They were a touch dusty. But honestly, that’s a small speck on an otherwise perfect stay. Additionally, our pet cat and our 5 month old daughter enjoyed the comfort and space to the fullest. We left rested, recharged, and already planning our return. Highly recommended! ★★★★★
