The best hotel apartment experience! A big thank you to Arun and John for all their support and assistance throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and made everything smooth and comfortable. Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. The worst hotel ever! The whole hotel was infested with insects. I don't know what they rated it as excellent on. When we told them, the next day they called pest control.

Good choice for the price. Not 100% clean but acceptable, ask for a non smoking room. You get the apartment with 2 bathrooms just near the trade centre. It is equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, TV, microwave oven and a kettle. Take towels with you as they do not provide enough of them. Otherwise good experience! Metro station is 10-15mins, caffee and supermarket is also not far away. The receptionist John helped a lot, thank you man!

I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ve lived in many short term apartments in Dubai and this wasn’t good. Stinks of smoke on the common places, gym included. Stayed there 3 months and they sent an anonymous letter increasing the rent by 20%, cleaners turned up when they fancied it and the gym was badly maintained. John on reception was the only decent factor. There’s better place to stay in Dubai.

Spacious apartment, I stayed for two weeks, Arun the receptionist was very helpful, the location was excellent

We stayed here 2 weeks , nice place 0,8m from the center .a appartement with the luxury like home. Very nice place to stay . Restaurants and supermarket very close. Next time we come back .
