Talha was a pleasure to deal with throughout my entire tenancy. He was always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, which is something you don't often find in agents. When I moved in, he made sure everything was in perfect condition by arranging a couple of repairs, and he also helped make my move-out process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated all his support and would highly recommend him. Thank you, Talha!

I had a bad experience with this agency and I don't recommend them. Be careful not to believe their social media profiles or anything they advise you to do. The reality is quite different :)
Response from Haaz Properties
Hi Meryem, We note that you previously posted a similar review in September 2024, to which we formally responded and also contacted you via your registered email address to address your concern. No response was received from your side. Our records clearly confirm that you engaged with our agency and that the matter raised at the time was directly related to issues with the developer, which were outside the scope of our responsibility. Despite this, our team extended full guidance and support to you. Reposting and editing the same statement without factual context, while ignoring prior communication, appears deliberate and misleading. As a regulated real estate brokerage in Dubai, we maintain detailed records of all client interactions. We strongly advise that public reviews reflect accurate and verifiable information. Best Regards, Haaz Properties
