We recently rented a property in The Springs, Dubai, through Hashtag Holiday Home Properties. Throughout the process, we worked directly with the manager, Eissa, who was consistently responsive, professional, and accommodating—particularly when we needed to shorten our rental period due to the conflict situation in the Middle East. Additionally, the security deposit was returned promptly at the end of the rental, which we greatly appreciated. Check-in was handled by “concierge” Mark. He provided a walkthrough of the property and explained how everything functioned. He was readily available whenever we needed assistance. While there were a few minor issues—such as limited cutlery and chipped dishes/glasses, and a malfunctioning coffee machine—these were addressed quickly by both Mark and the office. Mark remained highly responsive and proactive in following up to ensure everything was resolved. Overall, our experience with Hashtag Holiday Home Properties was very positive. We will not hesitate to work with Eissa/ Hashtag Holiday Home Properties again for future visits to Dubai.

During my stay in Dubai, moving between various hotels and accommodations for one or two months at a time, I finally came across Hashtag Holiday Home Properties. While previous real estate agencies I used were also good, for the past three months I stayed at Hashtag Holiday Home properties near Dubai Mall and in Damac Hills. From the very first day of my stay until now, Shafic, who guided and assisted me on-site, has been incredibly helpful—showing me around the property, assisting with utilities, communications, bedding, and resolving any issues promptly. Thanks to him, my family and I felt completely at home, as if we were living in our own house. Shafic’s warmth, friendliness, and quick support have been truly appreciated by all of us. It has been an honor to have such a kind neighbor in Dubai. Manager Eissa also deserves special mention. Whenever we changed accommodations, he carefully looked for properties as if they were his own home, considering our budget, location, and amenities. This made our decision for the next month effortless. Communicating with Eissa over WhatsApp, I could always feel his attentiveness, professionalism, and dedication. I regret not yet having the chance to visit the Hash Tag office to thank him in person, but I hope to meet soon and enjoy a cup of tea together.
