Spacious, stunning, and unforgettable. The bedrooms are huge & comfortable. On top of that, the view from the property is breathtaking. We loved our stay here. A fantastic experience for families or groups!

The best part of these apartments is the location. They are directly across from Dubai Mall, which meant our teenage kids could safely spend time there on their own without adult supervision. The service was also excellent. Heaven, our manager, was incredibly friendly and always quick to assist us whenever we needed anything. One area for improvement would be the check-in experience. It would have been helpful if the staff had taken a few minutes to explain how to use the gas burner, kettle, TV, and other appliances in the apartment. The rooms themselves could be a bit more modern, but they were comfortable and clean. Since we spent most of our time exploring Dubai, this wasn't a major issue. Overall, the unbeatable location and reasonable service made for a very enjoyable stay.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect 👌. Very nice place and in prime location seconds away from Dubai Mall. Will recommend to all my friends and family coming to Dubai Very helpful security and very prompt response to complaints and maintenance 👌 10/10

I would say we're very amaze the location since it was just 2 mins away from Dubai Mall. Nice view from the room as well. Room was cleaned and service was 10/10 very quick response for any queries. Small grocery was just down the building. I will probably comeback soon and highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience. After completing the booking on Booking.com, the property contacted me on WhatsApp asking for an additional 1000 deposit. This requirement was not clearly shown during the booking process. You have to scroll all the way down into another hidden section at the bottom of the page to find it, which feels misleading. Because of this unexpected condition, I decided not to stay at the property. However, they refused to cancel or refund the booking despite the lack of transparency. Extremely unprofessional behavior and poor customer treatment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had an amazing stay here! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was quick, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every detail made the experience feel special. And its near Dubai mall just 2 min away. overall hospitality truly exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Definitely a 5-star experience and I look forward to visiting again!

i always get the most help from these people . So seamless . Especially if you have security deposit as cash as well. Was assisted by Ibrahium and Regina they are so good . Even the security there . So close to the mall too and the host is understating
