GoogleAn absolute pleasure to work with! I reached out to Shah Nawaz with an inquiry about an apartment in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. From the very beginning, his professional introduction set a great tone. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable about the community, and arranged the viewing with zero hassle. We ended up loving the apartment, largely because Shah Nawaz made the process so effortless. What truly stands out is his exceptional communication and responsiveness—no matter when we messaged him with questions or concerns, he was always available and quick to reply. Finding a reliable broker in Dubai can be tough, but working with Shah Nawaz was easily one of the best experiences I've had. Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy, rent, or navigate the Dubai property market! Bruno and Lorena

GoogleWe had an outstanding experience working with Asim Shahzad (House & Hedges Real Estate company) while searching to rent a 1 BDR apartment for my daughter, who was relocating to Dubai to start her new job. From the very beginning, Asim demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and genuine commitment to helping us find the right place. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process — patiently guiding us through the contract processes from internal & External (Government Requirements), providing honest advice, and ensuring every detail was handled smoothly and efficiently. What truly impressed us was his extra effort, Knowledge, and personal support in helping us activate all utilities and essential services after contract signature within a single day, making the move-in process completely stress-free. Asim’s responsiveness, reliability, and customer-focused approach made a significant difference during this important transition for our family. It is rare to find someone so devoted and committed to delivering such a high level of service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and truly supportive real estate agent & company in Dubai. Regards, Joe
