Very disappointing experience. I have been waiting for my keys for almost two months now, and no one seems willing to help. The handover department confirmed that everything is ready, but the collection department is simply not responding. I have tried multiple times to get an update, with no clear answer or assistance. I was seriously considering investing in another property with them, but after seeing how existing customers are treated after purchasing, I am no longer interested. Customer service and communication should not become this difficult once the property has been sold. I hope someone takes responsibility and resolves this issue as soon as possible.

I would like to express my appreciation to HRE and especially to Sadaf from CRM department for excellent support and professionalism throughout the process. She was very helpful in assisting us with the NOC process and the issuance of the Title Deed, and she followed up closely to ensure everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. Thank you Sadaf for your great support and cooperation. It was a pleasure working with you and your efforts are truly appreciated.

I had an excellent support from Ms Sadaf from the CRM team while trying to get a refund for a client. Ms Sadaf took all the anger and unpleasant words from me with utmost patience and a lot of reassurance! Although its a very chalanging work, her calm demeanour definitely helps! Good job and good luck, Sadaf!

I had a very positive experience with HRE Development. My apartment at Skyhills Residences 1 was delivered 6 months ahead of the scheduled handover date. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, transparent, and highly responsive. The quality of the project and their commitment to customer satisfaction met my expectations. I would highly recommend HRE Development to anyone looking for a reliable property developer. Thank you, HRE Development!
