This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have had with a brokerage company. The level of communication, responsiveness, and overall support has fallen significantly below what I would expect from a professional brokerage firm.

from where I need to start let's start from the moment they take the money from you they change. just to be direct they took from me money they don't deserve they took my deposit security they cut from it money without my approval. And they start to try control me just because they have my deposit. Let me pay for broken TV that I never use and it was broke from the beginning and he cut money here and there without any sense over than 2000 dirham they cut it without my approval I really regret of choosing this company never suggest anyone to deal with them at all.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely acknowledge your concerns and, upon receiving them, immediately conducted an internal review with our Property Management team to understand what may have caused this inconvenience. We understand that security deposit deductions can be uncomfortable. Regarding your AED 5,000 security deposit, the apartment and its furnishings were documented in good condition when the unit was handed over to you. However, during the move-out inspection, several damages and maintenance requirements were identified and documented. The TV was found completely damaged upon move-out, and no damage or issue with the TV was reported to our team during the tenancy. While electronic devices can sometimes develop technical issues, the condition of the TV required a replacement at a cost of AED 1,129. We made every effort to source the most reasonably priced replacement available to keep the cost as low as possible. The sofa was also found significantly damaged and required replacement and disposal. The replacement cost was AED 700, while disposal cost AED 200, as building management imposes a fine if damaged furniture is not properly disposed of. To minimize the cost, we opted for a second-hand sofa instead of a brand-new one, which would have cost significantly more. Other documented move-out expenses included AED 62 for Ejari cancellation, AED 210 for apartment deep cleaning, and AED 500 for missing bedsheets, pillows and a blanket. The total deductions amounted to AED 2,801 from the AED 5,000 security deposit, leaving AED 2,199 to be returned to you. These matters were discussed with you during our communication, and the relevant supporting invoices and documentation were shared. We would also like to clarify that there were multiple delayed rental payments during the tenancy, and the non-renewal notice was received after the required notice period. Despite this, our team continued to provide full support, and no additional penalties or fines were imposed. We also made every effort to keep the move-out charges reasonable and minimal, taking your circumstances into consideration. We respect your right to share your experience and are sorry that the conclusion of your tenancy has left you dissatisfied. At the same time, we have a responsibility to ensure that documented damages and necessary restoration costs are handled fairly for both tenants and property owners. Throughout the process, our team maintained clear, professional and transparent communication. We remain available to clarify any of the documented charges and sincerely wish you all the best moving forward. We value every tenant’s experience and appreciate your feedback.
