What initially appeared to be a highly complex and nearly impossible case — involving corporate amendments, documentation alignment, ownership restructuring, SPA issuance, and NOC processing — was handled with remarkable professionalism and efficiency. There were procedural and structural challenges that, on paper, seemed very difficult to resolve. However, Dalia and Olga truly went above and beyond to find practical, compliant solutions. Thanks to their dedication, responsiveness, and commitment, we were able to complete the full transfer process — including documentation, SPA execution, payment allocation, and NOC issuance — within approximately 48 hours. I am a resident at The Grove and unfortunately my experience with the community management has been very poor. The building is managed by Deyaar. Since the very beginning (keys handover), for more than 8 months I have been requesting basic façade cleaning for my apartment side. Despite many emails, photos, and repeated follow-ups, the issue has never been resolved. As a result, the façade remains extremely dirty. Because of this, the building now looks neglected and much older than it actually is. Even though the property is new, the exterior is covered in dirt, which makes it look like a 10-year-old building. Living with this constant dirty façade significantly affects the quality of the view and my overall experience living here. I also involved Iman Developers (who developed the building and appointed the community management company) in the email threads, hoping they would help escalate the issue. Unfortunately, they did not provide meaningful support or assistance, and the situation remained unresolved. As a resident paying service charges, it is very disappointing to see such a lack of coordination and accountability between the developer and the community management. Basic maintenance requests should not take many months and repeated escalations.
