I hope you know how your team treats to their clients. Giving manipulated price getting jobs and clients’ money. Triple the price after, delivering nothing but offering half of the paid amount to be returned and after all, not paying anything. Everyday same thing, your payment is processed. None of the payments take months to hit the account. Horrible experience. Never recommending.

Fraud in name of interior design , please stay away from them. They will do all promises till the payment as soon as payment is done you can’t expect any delivery from them. Before moving to next step and onboarding them please read all the reviews below you will get idea how they make fool to customers . ABSOLUTELY EXHAUSTING, FRUSTRATING AND UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE. I rarely write negative reviews, but after what my wife and I experienced with Square Yards Interiors, I believe other customers should know what happened. From day one, we were completely clear about our budget and extremely tight renovation and relocation timeline. Every delay was costing us money. We proceeded only because we were repeatedly assured that the project could be delivered within those parameters. What followed was nearly two weeks of constant delays: “Give us one hour.” “Another two hours.” “Give us three more hours.” We spent countless hours on calls, Google Meets, site visits and measurements, including almost five hours at their office selecting materials. During the design and material-selection process, we were never told that our choices would take the project dramatically beyond the budget we had repeatedly communicated. Instead, we continued receiving assurances and were pressed to make further payment for technical validation, final costing and mobilisation. Relying on those assurances, I paid Square Yards Interiors AED 24,000. Only after receiving our money and consuming critical days of our renovation timeline did the position begin changing. Items previously discussed became “not feasible,” materials became an issue, and we were told the designs had increased the cost. The final costing was nowhere close to what we had been led to expect. Had this been communicated honestly at the beginning, we would never have proceeded or paid AED 24,000. We therefore cancelled the project and demanded a refund. Unfortunately, recovering our money became another cycle of delays, chasing and broken timelines. Senior management eventually became involved. Mr. Shaik Fauwaz Shareef, Regional Head, personally handled the matter and told me in writing: “Yes, I take guarantee of the settlement.” At the same time, I was repeatedly asked to remove my Google review. I had stated that it would be removed once the settlement was completed. However, relying on Mr. Shareef’s personal assurance, I acted in good faith and initiated removal even before receiving the money. THE REFUND STILL DID NOT COME. After further chasing and more promised timelines, I was sent a seven-page Settlement and Release Agreement making payment conditional upon signing the agreement and permanently removing the Google review, along with extensive release, non-disparagement and confidentiality provisions. I did not sign it. A genuine customer complaint should be resolved by addressing the problem and honouring the promised refund—not by repeatedly focusing on removing the customer’s review while continuing to withhold their money. This account is based on documented events. I have retained the emails from senior management, WhatsApp communications, payment records, project schedules, quotations and the Settlement and Release Agreement. The irony is clear: the project involved repeated promises, requests for “a few more hours,” missed deadlines and endless chasing. The refund process became exactly the same. This has cost us considerably more than the AED 24,000 paid. We lost critical renovation and relocation time and incurred additional accommodation, contractor and project-related expenses. I reserve my right to seek recovery of the documented losses caused by these delays and the handling of this matter. As of today, I have received no refund and continue to seek the return of the full AED 24,000. We trusted their team, their assurances and the personal guarantee of their Regional Head. Never again. Based entirely on our documented experience, I cannot recommend Square Yards Interiors.

Worst experience, they take your money and are not giving back. No replies no responds. Just excuses and delays. It’s been 4months and they have not given our money back. If you are ever going to them take everything in written don’t trust there words if they are saying we will do by today. Ask them to do in front of your eyes and leave.

Happy with the overall outcome. The project went smoothly, we had to chase up a few things, but the team was responsive and worked through the issues. The kitchen and powder room have turned out great and the quality of the final finish is very good. Glad we went ahead with the renovation.

Moved into Binghatti Trillionaire and thought the building itself was doing all the work. Then SYIC happened and now my apartment is lowkey competing with the building. Ameen handled everything on the business side without a single unnecessary email (a miracle). Haseena designed a space that makes guests ask if I hired someone from Milan, I did not, she's just that good. Joel & team ran ops so smoothly I genuinely forgot there was construction happening. 10/10 would let these three ruin every other interior standard for me. Three Cheers to SYIC team ❤️

The wine cellar and TV feature wall they did for us are genuinely showstoppers. Ar. Afham and the Principle Ar. Mr Fawwaz were brilliant throughout. Always available, technically sharp, and they actually cared about how the final space would look and feel, not just ticking boxes to get the job done. Professional and thorough. One stop shop and provide lot of confidence . Strongly recommend . Nabil and Afham. Remember the names Update post execution - Project was slightly delayed compared to experiences by other vendors this was still acceptable and understandable. Quality of work once finalized was good . Mr Afham was not available and didn’t respond when needed despite claims initially . And Nabil left. Sriram took one for the team and expedited works where he could. Meisum was simply amazing and stood out as face . Overall will still recommend them. Be sure to follow up as strongly as they do when collecting payments . I will reduce 5 starts to 4 as there is still room for improvement.
