the unit itself was dusty, wifi was extremely slow, shower gets flooded, and the bidet was spoilt they also asked for a 2500AED deposit. which is more than the cost of the stay the only reason i give 2 stars is because customer service from RHYIAD was amazing and he was extremely helpful

I would like to extend my gratitude to Rhyiad Musa, who was extremely professional throughout. His communication is unmatched, and he is highly knowledgeable, providing all the information I needed with ease. If there’s anyone I’d want as my host again, it would undoubtedly be Rhyiad Musa. Highly recommended! However, I need to mention that the apartment itself was quite old and needs to be refreshed entirely. So keep it in mind when you book it
