Keyper Abu Dhabi
Disappointing experience. I was promised a quick move-in, but after I paid, communication dropped and I couldn’t get timely responses. I was unable to move in on my contract start date because the move-in permit process in Dubai takes several days - which I was never told about, even though my rent had already started. New tenants: get realistic timelines in writing before paying, and confirm the permit process upfront rather than relying on verbal promises.

Really good experience with this company! I moved my apartment from my private managemet to Keyper and have had excellent experience so far. My agent is Karim Abouelseoud and I definitely recommend him, if it is possible to choose. Great communication and quotations and cleaning and maintenance all is done really fast. Very happy about all oh this and I am waiting for my second off-plan apartment to be ready, so that I can hand it over to Keyper aswell. Also the Keyper app is REALLY good. Shows the property values, ROIs, latest transactions, your property listinc etc. This is the future of tenancy!

My experience with Keyper has been positive overall. The process was smooth and convenient, especially as it gave me the flexibility to manage my rental payments monthly instead of having to cover the full amount through four upfront cheques. The assistance and guidance throughout the process were also helpful and made the arrangement easier to manage. One area that could make the service even better would be the option to include the security deposit and agency commission as part of the payment plan. I initially thought these costs could also be covered, so having this option would be very helpful for tenants managing the significant upfront expenses that come with moving into a new property. Overall, I appreciate the support and convenience Keyper has provided, and I hope this additional flexibility can be considered in the future.

Please ask your team to respond to my WhatsApp messages. I have a major pipe leak in bathroom causing damage to walls and tiles and foundation. Issue has been reported since 28th June and until now I am being ignored by your team despite me following up every few days, and the issue is progressively getting worse that the damage in walls has spread to my bedroom.

Although my agreement was cancelled by the company, they withdrew almost AED 10,000 from my account twice without my consent. I am sharing my personal experience and advise others to CAREFULLY review their agreements and payment authorizations before dealing with this company!!

Following the cancellation of your agreement, your refund was processed after the applicable termination fee, in accordance with the terms of your contract. We understand that your bank initially displayed the refund transaction as a debit, which understandably caused concern. After reviewing the matter with both our payment provider and the bank, we confirmed that this was a display format used by certain banks during the refund process and that no funds were withdrawn from your account without authorization. I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. Everything was fine until my tenancy contract ended. Once I decided not to renew with them, they completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. They also failed to complete the necessary move-out procedures and delayed returning my security deposit. Customer service should not end when a tenant chooses not to renew. I would not recommend this agency due to their lack of professionalism and poor after-service. It’s been a long time, and I still haven’t received my security deposit despite following up multiple times.

Extremely poor experience. I strongly advise tenants to stay away from Keyper. I rented an apartment managed by this company and, despite paying my rent on time and remaining fully up to date with all payments, I received practically no assistance when one of the appliances broke down. After reporting the issue several times and repeatedly contacting the agent, the team failed to provide any proper response or solution. Their communication and payment practices are equally concerning. On some occasions, I was given only one day’s notice and threatened with deductions from my security deposit or complications regarding the reimbursement of invoices. Giving tenants such unreasonable deadlines makes it extremely easy for them to become involved in unnecessary financial or legal disputes. A property management company should provide support, communicate clearly and resolve maintenance issues—not create additional stress for tenants who are already fulfilling all their contractual obligations. For busy professionals who do not have the time to constantly chase an unresponsive and disorganised management team, my advice is simple: AVOID KEYPER. Their lack of communication, accountability and professionalism has made this an extremely negative rental experience.

Extremely unprofessional service. Based on my experience, tenants should proceed with caution when dealing with this agency. Once the rental contract began, it became extremely difficult to contact the agent responsible for the apartment. Even the office appeared unable to reach the agent, and responses often took between two weeks and two months. The washing machine has been defective since the first day of the tenancy. After two months, I still have not received a proper solution or clear response. I was eventually forced to purchase a replacement myself and potentially request reimbursement, although no firm confirmation was provided and probably will be a big issue for them. Their payment system they apply also does not appear to work correctly. Payment arrangements have been changed with very little notice, placing tenants under pressure to make payments within one day while being warned about possible legal action and rental penalty fees. Overall, my experience with this agency has been negative. The lack of communication, assistance, accountability, and professionalism has been unacceptable.
