Please ask your team to respond to my WhatsApp messages. I have a major pipe leak in bathroom causing damage to walls and tiles and foundation. Issue has been reported since 28th June and until now I am being ignored by your team despite me following up every few days, and the issue is progressively getting worse that the damage in walls has spread to my bedroom.

I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. Everything was fine until my tenancy contract ended. Once I decided not to renew with them, they completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. They also failed to complete the necessary move-out procedures and delayed returning my security deposit. Customer service should not end when a tenant chooses not to renew. I would not recommend this agency due to their lack of professionalism and poor after-service. It’s been a long time, and I still haven’t received my security deposit despite following up multiple times.

Extremely poor experience. I strongly advise tenants to stay away from Keyper. I rented an apartment managed by this company and, despite paying my rent on time and remaining fully up to date with all payments, I received practically no assistance when one of the appliances broke down. After reporting the issue several times and repeatedly contacting the agent, the team failed to provide any proper response or solution. Their communication and payment practices are equally concerning. On some occasions, I was given only one day’s notice and threatened with deductions from my security deposit or complications regarding the reimbursement of invoices. Giving tenants such unreasonable deadlines makes it extremely easy for them to become involved in unnecessary financial or legal disputes. A property management company should provide support, communicate clearly and resolve maintenance issues—not create additional stress for tenants who are already fulfilling all their contractual obligations. For busy professionals who do not have the time to constantly chase an unresponsive and disorganised management team, my advice is simple: AVOID KEYPER. Their lack of communication, accountability and professionalism has made this an extremely negative rental experience.

Extremely unprofessional service. Based on my experience, tenants should proceed with caution when dealing with this agency. Once the rental contract began, it became extremely difficult to contact the agent responsible for the apartment. Even the office appeared unable to reach the agent, and responses often took between two weeks and two months. The washing machine has been defective since the first day of the tenancy. After two months, I still have not received a proper solution or clear response. I was eventually forced to purchase a replacement myself and potentially request reimbursement, although no firm confirmation was provided and probably will be a big issue for them. Their payment system they apply also does not appear to work correctly. Payment arrangements have been changed with very little notice, placing tenants under pressure to make payments within one day while being warned about possible legal action and rental penalty fees. Overall, my experience with this agency has been negative. The lack of communication, assistance, accountability, and professionalism has been unacceptable.
