We had an amazing stay! The apartment was even better than the pictures and the Burj Khalifa view was absolutely stunning, especially at night. The location is very central and convenient with everything nearby. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe overall.

Very disappointing experience. Late payments with no clear timelines, zero transparency, and no respect for the terms of the contract. They stopped answering phone calls, and every reply is vague with no proof of any payment being processed. This situation has caused me financial penalties on my mortgage. I do not recommend this company to any property owner.

The place was really nice. Had a great view of the burj khalifa. Sharif was very helpful in helping us settle in and letting us know what we need to get around Dubai since it was our first time in Dubai. My wife and I are extremely thankful. This company is very sketchy. I had booked a flat via booking.com and got confirmation from Locations Holiday Home that my check in was planned at 3pm . Once I arrived I am told by this person named Paul the flat I booked is not available, and that I should claim refund from booking.com and that they can offer alternatives accommodations (at higher prices of course)… I asked for the emirates ID of this person and he refused to provide. Security of the building intervened and they told me the appartement in question is not rented by this agency anymore as the owner had a dispute with Paul/his company. This method is a scam, they list a low price appartment on the renting platforms and once you arrive there, you feel ambushed to pay for a pricier flat. This company should be shut down.
