Brigitte Tenbergen is super professional, fast, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation to recommend her. We worked together on a deal which we completed during the the COVID pandemic when of course there was a lot of uncertainty. Brigitte was super helpful in keeping things on track and ensuring we got the deal done. In terms of looking at opportunities also really appreciate she never wastes anytime only discussing opportunities that are valuable and well thought through.

My and my family are delighted that the process was so smooth and that our villa found lovely new owners who appreciate design. The company and the team were absolutely great throughout the process. For all those looking to sell a design-led home, LUXHABITAT is a must.

Kaizer met all our real estate requirements in purchasing our villa in Dubai Hills thru Emaar , He has been very efficient and professional all the way. He found us an amazing property which was exactly what we were looking for and where we need it to be located. With a patient and devoted attitude to be helpful and facilitate the process, Kaizer has been very helpful in finding us a property to rent too till we wait for our beautiful home to be ready. Was always available and guided us with all the support as we were relocating from London to Dubai. Even helped us to complete any administrative documents and installation safeguards for our property. I have referred him to all the contact I know was looking for to rent or to buy in these last few months, and they have been totally satisfied by Kaizer Gomes efficiency and smartness facing any situation.
