Extremely bad. Cleanliness: 0%, Service: 0%, Room: 0%, Staff: 0%. I don't recommend anyone go to this hotel. It has a terrible smell. Honestly, I'd rather go to a 1-dirham hotel than this one. The hotel is unnecessarily expensive. If it had 0 stars, I would rate it -1. And they deduct from my security deposit because of a very minor and insignificant stain.

Honestly, unfortunately, the smell was so strong that we were reluctant to go in, and they took an extra deposit. In the end, they said there was dirt and took 50 dirhams from the deposit. It felt like a game. I don't recommend it at all. The security guard's behavior was very bad, and you had to wait until he opened the gate for you.

Far from everything, with a nearby highway making the noise unbearable. The room was adequate, but the staff, especially the night porter, were clearly in the wrong profession. He never greeted me, never smiled, and felt like he was bothering me. In short, he damaged the already poor image of this hotel. Avoid it at all costs; you can find much better.

The place is good and the location is a few meters away from the metro line but hard to locate at night time, there is no proper road. The staff are friendly and helpful.
