I’m regretting to invest my life savings in this developer and to take mortgage. It has been nothing but hassle and disappointment since day one I moved into Marquis Signature. If there was an honest review like this 2 years ago, I would’ve never taken the risk to cause myself this much stress. 2 years waking up in the middle of the night because someone is cooking onion, garlic, or frying and 2 years with empty promises “we will fix, we will fix” and everything is either half fixed or not at all. After warranty period they will tell you to fix the issue they couldn’t fix as soon as possible. Or if you still think it’s Marquis responsibility “if you wish you can submit an official complaint to DLD”, as they’ve told me. Definitely they can guide on how to submit complaints but not fix the holes and faults in Marquis Signature. I do not do any kind of recommendations, but just telling what I have experienced with this developer! The biggest regret of my life, to invest in a property from this developer!!!

I would like to extend a big thank you to Ameer Khan of Marquis Home Developers. As this was my first time renting an apartment on my own in Dubai, he made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Throughout the journey, Ameer demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. He worked hard to guide me through every step, answered all of my questions with care, and helped resolve a few challenges along the way. I particularly appreciated the practical advice Ameer shared, from understanding how to write cheques to knowing where to access important government services. These insights were incredibly valuable as someone new to the process. If you are looking for assistance with renting a property or need reliable real estate advice, I would be happy to recommend Ameer Khan. . My experience was extremely positive, and I am very grateful for all his support.

The building is very well maintained, great aesthetics. It should probably get 6 stars instead of 5 stars. Good amenities.
