I had a great experience working with Mr Raghu throughout the apartment search. He was professional, transparent and responsive at every stage of the process. He patiently answered all my questions, coordinated everything efficiently and make the entire renting experience stress free. I would definitely recommend Raghu to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent in Dubai !

I had an excellent experience working with Raghu during my search for a property in Dubai. From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He even came to my hotel to pick me up and spent considerable time taking me to visit a number of different developers and projects, patiently explaining the options without any pressure. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to find and purchase a townhouse that I am very happy with. Throughout the process, he was approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. There was an unexpected issue after I had paid a substantial deposit, when the developer increased the price. While this was understandably disappointing, I did not feel it reflected on Raghu, who remained supportive and professional throughout and did his best to assist me. I would highly recommend Raghu to anyone looking to buy property in Dubai. His dedication, honesty, and friendly nature made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother and more enjoyable

Had a very unpleasant and frustrating experience dealing with the company where the agent was mostly un-responsive and not very helpful. Mostly the seller and me coordinated between ourself and manage to complete the transaction somehow yesterday after the second attempt in ADGM. Multiple things went wrong in this transaction, they agent was not very clear in explaining us the process, no proper transparency on the process and charges. Other then the 2% commission initially there was a conveyance fee of 2100 on the MOU, which is not very usual and charged by other companies in Abu Dhabi. After objecting this was removed. However the agent left for vacation and the coordinator assisted us on the transfer, who was helpful somehow. No process of Ista, Taqa registration outlined too on the MOU. Such a big company hence should give proper value to customers since they earn heavy commissions for this.

I wanted to view an apartment, and the agent called Anastasiya or Julia instructed me to go directly to the property without meeting her first. However, when I arrived, there was no access permit arranged, so I was unable to enter. This was very unprofessional and resulted in a complete waste of my time. It also significantly reduced my trust in the company and its service. I hope better coordination can be ensured for future clients.

We cannot recommend Vian highly enough! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make our dream of finding the perfect home a reality. Thanks to her dedication, we found our ideal home in Arabian Ranches. What truly sets Vian apart is that her support didn't stop once we signed the contract. As we were relocating to Dubai, she helped us settle into our new life in every possible way. She assisted with opening our bank accounts, arranging our visas, organizing our pet's transfer, recommending and sourcing furniture, setting up DEWA, and even helping us find doctors and book appointments. She made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and manageable. Vian is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. You can tell that everything she does comes from her heart and is done with so much love and care. We are so grateful for everything she has done for us and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for not just an outstanding real estate agent, but someone who truly cares about the people she helps.
