Scammers Booked a long time ago for the Christmas holidays and no villa and no money back. Filed a report with the police and hired a lawyer.

Similar to everyone else with the real reviews, took 50% deposit and cancelled 2 days before and haven’t refunded the money, has been 8 months. The rest of the 5 star reviews are likely fake in my opinion, as can be seen by the names of the accounts posting them.

I have stayed in so many places in Dubai over the last 3 years and Moore Luxury Homes were the complete best. The appartment felt like being at home and I was provided with everything I could possibly need for my stay. The pool is a dream for a swimmer like me & I loved how professionally handled was the check in & check out. For my super early check out I met Patrick who was a complete professional & gentleman and helped me with everything I needed. Moore Luxury Homes are my 1st choice for my next trip to Dubai.

The main reason for selecting the apartment was due to the amazing location. Apartment size was reasonably good. Overall, i am pretty satisfied with our short vacation. Special thanks to Mr Patrick for his excellent support throughout our stay , loved it Moore Luxury Homes

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! We booked and paid for a villa for twelve people back in September 2022. All correspondence was via What's App messages so there appeared to be no concern, plus a contract was given. However 24 hours before we were due to fly out, they sent a message cancelling the villa and offered us a 4-bed instead! When we declined, they offered us a full refund and assured us the money would be refunded within five working days. It has now been four weeks and despite numerous messages / emails, nothing has been received. Be very wary of the legitimacy of the 5* reviews on here as that is what made us choose this company!!! August 2023 update - no monies ever received from this company. They are scammers and thieves and have been reported to Dubai Tourism and the Police.

I booked a Villa with them for my daughter's marriage. They took the full amount of Rent as well as a security deposit in "Cash" saying that their Bank account has issues. They gave me a Contract as well as a receipt for the amounts received and then last minute just on the day of the Wedding they said Villa is not available so they will refund me the amount. Besides all the last-minute hassle of change of venue Now it is 4 MONTHS plus that I am chasing them but NO REFUND received yet.

Mr. Moosa and Mr. Patrick took the money in cash for the Villa that I rented for my daughter's wedding. They did not give me the Villa and left me stranded on the day of my daughter's wedding. Besides the mental stress of facing a situation like this right on the wedding day, they have not even given me the Refund and have been using my money for over 5 months now. Their Director of the Company also has not been able to give the Refund in spite of promises.BEWARE of them!!

They cancelled our booking a few hours before we flew out and have not refunded our money. Do NOT book with this company, and it's obvious the good reviews are fake to drown out the real 1* reviews!

While it's been 6 months since we canceled a villa reservation from them, we still haven't been refunded... After many meaningless excuses, they no longer respond and we are thus forced to launch legal proceedings. Run away, they are thieves !

I have had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with this organization. They appear to be reputable at first glance. After placing a large deposit with the organization, my plans changed and Moore Luxury Homes agreed in writing to refund the total deposit within two days. I dealt with an individual named Moses Matovu. After a month of delays and excuses, I still have not received my refund and have had to engage an attorney. They will not do what they commit to. I found them to be untrustworthy and would not deal with them again or recommend anyone else to deal with them.

Terrible company! We booked a house with seven bedrooms and a cinema. Paid 107 000 dirhams for a two-week stay. The payment was two months before arrival. The agent convinced us that this particular villa was free for these dates, and sent us a video and photos, location, so there was no doubt that we rented this particular villa. On the day of arrival, an hour before arrival, the agent wrote that they were waiting for us in another villa, with 4 bedrooms ... As a result, 14 people moved within 4 hours from place to place, we were given a pass for a very long time and we stood in the heat with suitcases and a small child. When the agent settled us in another villa, we asked if we would stay there for the entire period, and he confirmed this. As a result, we were evicted after four days and asked to move and carry all the suitcases ourselves. The agency also promised to pay compensation, but after the stay, they said that there would be no compensation and relocation from villa to villa - this is compensation. The deposit was not returned. They don't even answer questions about returns. We also had to reschedule a business meeting because the agent could not change the time of the move from villa to villa and we lost money because of this.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Moore Luxury Homes. The staff are friendly and helpful pointing to Mr Patrick, his attention, humility and hospitality is to be compared to non… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacements , or servicing, Mr Patrick ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Moore Luxury Homes on visits , and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming visitors looking for an apartment. I couldn’t be happier!

Great location. very nice apartment ,owsome view to the pool. bed was comfortable. and kitchen was a good size to prepare meals. excellent value for money in comparison to the surrounding hotels in the area. Patrick was a very pleasant host and looked after me well during my stay. Thank you Moore Luxury Homes

This is my third time staying over at Moore Luxury homes in Downtown but it was my best stay so far. I had some issues with moving but one of the staff by name Patrick helped out a lot. He was very patient and understanding. I was really happy he was available and because of this, they can be assured of my revisit. Gladly recommend them 👌

It was a joyous stay with Moore Luxury Homes, The check in was smooth. The staff did a good job with the check in. He gave us a detailed information of gym, the infinity swimming pool. The apartment was conducive and the entire team were quite helpful. Thumps up. I am so happy with their services

I definitely recommend Moore Luxury Holiday Homes. We rented an appartment in downtown , it is very clean, cozy and well-maintained, has all the necessary kitchen appliances. Excellent customer service - all our questions or requests were fulfilled very promptly. Special thanks to Patrick for instant support and responsiveness!

The apartment was cool . It was very clean and everything was so neat. Lamar made us feel super welcomed and provided us with everything we needed and service is very accurate and lovely. We were so comfortable and relaxed there so special thanks to Moore Luxury Homes

Moore Luxury homes have been really helpful during my stay in one of their apartments in Dubai. I recently had to move back home and the checkout process was made easy. Lamar took care of this from start to finish and made the whole process easy for me. Will be using Moore Luxury homes again once returning to Dubai.
