I initially contacted Ecenaz for an inquiry and we agreed to meet at a coffee shop. What should have been a straightforward 10-minute consultation turned into nearly two hours. Unfortunately, a significant portion of the meeting was spent discussing her personal life, which was completely unrelated to my inquiry and, in my opinion, unprofessional. We agreed to meet again the following week to review the report she was preparing. I made it very clear in advance that I had another commitment and would need to leave by 4:30 PM, so I requested that the meeting be kept to 30 minutes. Rather than appreciating the need for an efficient meeting, she seemed unhappy with that request. About an hour before our scheduled meeting, she informed me that she had to go to the hospital and asked to reschedule. I wished her a speedy recovery and, the next day, I even offered to meet over the weekend if that was more convenient. My message was read but completely ignored. More than a week passed without any follow-up. I eventually called her, and she explained that she had traveled to Turkey. During that call, I simply asked if she could send me the report she had already promised. She agreed—but once again, nothing was ever sent. The issue was never the rescheduling or her personal circumstances. It was the complete lack of communication, failure to follow through on commitments, and disregard for a prospective client’s time. I cannot recommend working with Ecenaz based on my experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After weeks of waiting and following up, I was repeatedly told there were no suitable apartments within my budget. The staff was unprofessional, unresponsive, and quick to shift responsibility to others. Their lack of accountability and poor communication wasted my time. I wouldn’t recommend their services.

I’ve tried the Maintenance contract in west yas villas , contracted in June 2023 and ended contract August 2023. Very bad response time and service. You tell them the AC isn’t working they show up after 6 days. I call for emergency I end up getting the msg from the Maintiance guy saying we are in alain and the manager says they are in Alfalah we will come tomorrow 🫠 I show them a kitchen hood with humidity they couldn’t identify the issue atleast check outside and tell me the fan isn’t working. It damaged a unit that costed me 8k to replace. If you can’t be professional in work please don’t open a company for Maintenance and expect people to contract for a year time

By far, this is the best property management company in Abu Dhabi, largely because of their amazing agents like Mohammad Abo Baker. He is responsible, professional, and trustworthy, ensuring everything is in order. I had a long list of requirements for the apartment and many questions, and he answered all of them. He checks every detail in the apartment to ensure it is clean and ready to move in. This type of professionalism is rare to see here.
