I would like to clarify that I am **not saying Object 1 is a bad developer**. They offer premium furnished apartments with modern interiors, quality finishes, and excellent amenities for both families and working professionals. The building is well designed and has excellent facilities for residents. However, my experience with the management and handover process has been extremely disappointing. The management team appears incapable of responding effectively to customer concerns, and the handover department has been frustrating to deal with. The handover manager and team displayed unprofessional behaviour, a rude attitude, and a lack of customer service. Instead of addressing genuine concerns respectfully, they often came across as arrogant and dismissive. As apartment owners who have already made full payment, we expected to be treated with professionalism and respect—not as though we were asking for personal favours. A premium developer should ensure that its after-sales service and handover experience reflect the same quality as its projects. Unfortunately, in our case, the poor handling of the handover process overshadowed what could have been an otherwise positive experience.

Very disappointing experience. My client made the payment months ago, but the commission has still not been released. We have not received the SPA yet, and the escrow account is still not open. The process has been extremely slow with no proper updates.

They took my money, canceled the unit, and are refusing to return it. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them.

Even i will not give single star. They are not keeping their promises. And feel like bad client handling. I’m a real estate broker. I can’t able get their contact for payments. Me and my clients are waiting to pay
