My project name ELYSEE heights which I am regretting buying that and I have important updates for all investors plz ready my review for investors benefit. For the benefit of fellow investors, I recommend verifying that all project-related payments are made only to the officially designated escrow account and obtaining confirmation from the developer before making any payment. In my case, I became aware that a significant portion of my payment was processed through an account that I was not the project’s designated escrow account. To seek clarification and protect my investment, I have submitted an inquiry to the Dubai Land Department (DLD). I encourage all investors to review their payment records, confirm the payment destination with the developer, and seek independent clarification where necessary. This message is shared solely to promote awareness and due diligence among investors.

The entire process was stressful and lacked transparency. Please do not buy from Pantheon and please believe all the negative reviews below especially about Krishan Kumar as already mentioned in so many other reviews. They will not respond to any of your emails or concerns. I spent 6 weeks calling and emailing their collections team and Krishan Kumar personally. I was completely ignored. He actively went out of his way to ignore me. They will also charge you late penalty fees without any proper communication and make false promises. Their customer service is awful. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Also their statement of accounts are so out of date it’s a joke. It’s will update in June for something that happened 8 months ago. Scam

I regret purchasing the property from pantheon. Their collection team is shit and very incompetent. I make installment payments on time yet I receive an incorrect invoice or incorrect statement of accounts every month. Sometimes it shows I haven’t paid, I keep getting multiple reminders even after payment done. I have to continuously follow up with them to fix the invoice and statement of accounts. The accounts / finance team guy - Krishnan Kumar from whom I receive the details is so dumb, and when I call him he has no idea what’s happening and gets extra rude on call.

I'm owner of apartment and I really regret buying the apartment because of the manager called sailesh I contacted him regarding maintenance in the building but his response was that if i didn’t like it i should go to the police and file a complaint. Is this acceptable behavior?!

My experience with the building management was not satisfactory, particularly regarding communication about maintenance work. I hope they improve their building management services in the future.
