The most un-professional guys I have seen in my life. Recently I had a chance to deal with one of their team member Zeeshan as I was buying a property. He is so unprofessional that he wasn't even picking up my calls, un-responsive to my messages and causing unnecessary delays in the deal as the property was rented on monthly basis and they were getting the rent. I was in rush as I had to travel and wanted to transfer the property under my name as soon as possible, they even threatened me that if I will not give them the rent of the current month they will delay the transfer till the rental contract ends so that they can get the full rent. So pathetic that I am the one paying them commission and they are taking the side of the seller and convincing me. Will surely consider a legal action against them as still the unit is not handed over to me and property is already transferred to my name. In the agreement its mentioned that property is vacant and will be available upon transfer.

DO NOT TRUST PEACE HOMES Real estate under any circumstances. I'm having an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience with this real estate agency. Despite renting my apartment through them, they have failed to pay rent for three months although the tenant is paying them every month. Multiple attempts to contact them via calls and texts have been ignored or if they answered they kept saying they are in process of sending payment, which is taking them THREE MONTHS long. Alok Bohra is the person who delas with my apartment and he is not trustworthy at all. This company is unreliable, unresponsive, and appears to be engaged in fraudulent practices. Be cautious and consider alternative options to avoid potential financial loss. Stay away from this agency. Scam

I recently booked an apartment in JVC through Asad (+971 55 126 9040) and his friend Imran (+971 58 581 0577). Despite multiple attempts to reach them, they have been unresponsive to my calls and messages. It's been almost three months, and they have not returned my deposit of AED 2,000. I caution others against engaging with these individuals, as their behavior suggests they may be involved in fraudulent activities. I am currently pursuing legal action to hold them accountable for their actions."

Avoid them at all cost. Even after a YEAR AND A HALF, they still failed to return the personal belonging of my fiance. They had no legal right to keep it and they're just playing dumb "the agents don't work for us anymore" or "the management changed" Ridiculous excuses without taking any accountability and responsibility for it. If this doesn't resolve anytime soon, we'll have to take legal actions.

They are not transparent in all of the transactions, specifically their agents sheryar and their another company Luxe signature holiday home all are same who will make bills only and they will not pay to u exact what is ur right amount.

Very rude reception person. Hanging up on me and not picking up my calls. Very unprofessional in general. I have never seen such unprofessional developer like that before. Very rude relationship manager. Please avoid them at any cost.

it's just a miracle overnight people started realizing they have superb service, dear management instead of decoying & fake reviews better to resolve issue (inquire asad & imran dealing in jvc). Again, i ll say its another immature approach, pathetic service management as well.

Please be aware while dealing with one of there agent asad +971 55 126 9040 and his friend Imran +971 58 581 0577 in JVC i had a very bad experience there dealing isn’t fair, they have kept security deposit and didn’t gave it back to me…

Booked an apartment through them. They are fraud and scam, they took my 2000 aed security and are not willing to pay its been 4 months now.

Inaccurate data, double the market price commission, you have to speak to owners yourself, lake of follow up, zero problem solving, properties much higher than market price, they take advantage of new people.
