I stayed with PK holiday homes for a 3 month stay back in January until April and paid a huge sum upfront for the apartment for 3 months, when the conflict happened in the UAE we asked if there would be any possibility of receiving a refund they had agreed to a refund amount for us then a few days later said they would no longer refund us that money after making an agreement. We had followed up with them for weeks asking if maybe we could get a discount on a future stay or a months credit etc we are back in Dubai after leaving for a month and we followed up again no response constantly viewing messages in the group chat and leaving them on seen. Honestly everything else about them and the stay was great, beautiful apartment and was great to get a feel for the area where we have now taken out a lease for, team was super attentive during our whole stay

I only half recommend them. I used them a year ago to rent an apartment and it went well. I recently went through them again to rent a new apartment, and it was a real nightmare. They tried to increase the rent at least five times, as if we were playing the stock market, to make them understand that I was firm. I stayed in the apartment for a month, then left for family reasons. I wanted to rent it out again, and they wanted to take a 600 euro deposit (which they would never have returned, of course) because my cat supposedly smelled bad, having left its bad smell on the sofas, even though it smells extremely good and doesn't give off any odor. I had even taken care to pay a cleaning lady for 3 hours before returning the apartment in pristine condition; there wasn't a single cat hair anywhere, she vacuumed everywhere. In short, it was just an excuse to try and extort money from me and never return it upon departure. Therefore, I don't necessarily recommend this agency; there are better and more flexible options on the market for short-term rentals.

I had a great experience thanks to Kevin. There was a small issue at reception during check-in, but he handled it with outstanding professionalism and kindness. He stayed calm, took ownership of the situation, and resolved it quickly and efficiently, which made a big difference after a long day.
