Please stay away from this entity! I presume the good reviews they have didn’t involve a deposit. Ive had to make considerable efforts including a lawyers help in order to get my deposit back. They’ve eventually had no choice but to pay it after 20 days, however they’ve withdrawn their own banking fees from me and invented stain fees although I have maintained that apartment cleaner than they ever did and also have a before and after video as I’ve had a feeling they are capable of such things. I am pretty sure they would have never returned the deposit if it wasn’t for the lawyer stepping in as I went through reviews and they do have a history of not returning deposits. You are simply not safe with them and best to avoid them by all means!

I stayed with this company and they asked for a 2,000 deposit and after I left they told me that they would return my deposit within a maximum of 7 days, and then 8 days passed and they didn't respond to me on WhatsApp, they didn't give any answers, they disappeared with my money and they didn't even explain why, don't trust this company, they steal.

I stayed at a Primehost-managed property for 3 months in 2023 and i must say their professionalism, care for clients, cleanliness and hospitality exceeded my expectations. Abdulaziz and his team are extremely decent gentlemen and were available and extremely helpful to cater to all of our needs throughout the entire 3 month stay. I would highly recommend using Primehost and im certain that once im back in Dubai ill be getting intouch with them again to book another property. 👍🏼👍🏼 highly recomended

Booked a stay at one of Prime Host Vacation Home’s managed property initially for 1 month but had to extend for 2 more months because I just trusted their property. The interior/decor of the property is furnished beautifully and is equipped with everything you might need for a stay. Abdelaziz is swift with any issues or requests I have which I have not seen from any other hosts. Would definitely love to have their properties over long term rentals/contracts (to avoid the extensive price increases during peak months)! ☺️

Horrible attitude and very childish behaviours the apartments in azizi have a million problems and they never get fixed and they rip you off ! Over priced compare to what they offer and the houses and the whole quality in general. Very very very disappointing services and costumer service and they always want you to pay over price and play games !…. Very disappointed. The whole buildings and walls are always leaking and they don’t care and it takes them months to fix it
