Unfortunately, this was not the level of service I expected. The booking was for a deep cleaning after renovation, however the property was still not cleaned to an acceptable standard upon completion. In addition, despite clearly highlighting the sensitivity of flooring, excessive water was used during the process, which resulted in water appearing from underneath the floor. While the matter was acknowledged during the visit, no clear follow-up or solution was provided afterwards. Overall, the experience lacked attention to detail, accountability, and proper after-service support — all of which are critical for this type of service.

I don’t know what happened to this company but we had recently horrible experience . The person supposed to handle their whatsapp never response on time , never answer calls and getting an answer takes minimum 36 hours for your booking. After booking challenges not finishes! They also arrived 3 hours later than they supposed to come and on top of everything after they finished their duct and coil cleaning , our AC start making a very weird noise!!

From booking to the final results, everything with Primo was absolutely amazing! Christina is a Gem. She carefully noted all my instructions and made the booking process so smooth. The team arrived on time and provided top-notch service. The duct cleaning was extremely thorough, and the deep cleaning team did a fabulous job, leaving no corner untouched. Even the tough tile stains were completely removed with their professional stain removal techniques. I’m super happy with the results! Highly recommended! 🙌 Thank you Primo for being the best!

I have used Primo several times for AC cleaning, but this time I called them for deep cleaning after a renovation project. Tufail Ahmed and his team Sudhir, Zulfiqar, Kashif, and Nayan did an excellent job - they worked like crazy all day and made the apartment look like new! I can't believe they got rid of all the dust! See before and after pics 😯

We recently used Primo Maintenance & Cleaning Services L.L.C, and we’re extremely impressed with their work. The entire team did a fantastic job — everything was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Special thanks to Tufail Ahmed (Supervisor), Jawad Ahmed, Lalit Limbu, Zulfiqar Ali, Mohammad Kashif, and Sudhir Khan. They were all professional, courteous, and worked seamlessly as a team. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable maintenance and cleaning services!

Professional and courteous staff always. I annually request for their AC deep cleaning. They have one that always speak good English that will explain what they are working on and supervise the other staff. Highly recommended.👌🏾 …

We have used Primo many times, for many moves and many properties (maintenance, repairs, end of tenancy, cleaning). Recently, Tufail Ahmed(supervisor) and his team of Sudhir Khan, Lalit Limbu, Zulfiqar Ali and Nayan Ud Din helped with some maintenance in our apartment, and then a deep clean. They worked very hard both days (they always do). They are professional, careful and respectful. Would recommend.
