Very professional team. Had great, experience with Property Check for my 1 bedroom apartment in Reem Island. The booking process was smooth and hastle free without any advance payement. The team was punctual, did a thorough inspection. And delivered the report within the agreed time. I would delinately recommed these guys to my connections.

I have not used their service, but I can say that their admin Syed that was in charge of setting up a date for the service was excellent! He walked me through the services offered and tried his best to slot me in upon the soonest cancellation on his wait list. Immediate to respond and respectful when I had to cancel the appointment. They did not insist on a booking fee nor requested for upfront payments. Just very professional that is hard to find genuine services in this day and age. The reason I did not go forward with the service was because the purchase fell through, hence cancelled but would recommend it to my friends and maybe my next house purchase!

Response from Property Check

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Shafinah. Although we're sorry your property purchase didn't go ahead, we're delighted to hear that our team made the process a positive experience. We believe that being responsive, transparent, and helpful should come before anything else, so your feedback means a great deal to us. We'll be sure to pass your kind words on to him. Wishing you all the best with your future property search, and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you when the time comes!

Here’s a polished version suitable for a Google review: I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the snagging company, especially by Al-Zubair. He was highly professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire inspection process. He used a wide range of specialized instruments and paid close attention to every single detail without overlooking anything. What impressed me the most was his patience, diligence, and dedication. He spent many hours carefully inspecting the apartment, listening attentively to all remarks and providing valuable insights and honest feedback about the property overall. He even used specialized equipment to check for any hollow or empty areas beneath the flooring, which showed his level of expertise and commitment to quality. Honestly, the level of work exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use this snagging company again and highly recommend Al-Zubair to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented professional.
