This is a follow-up to my initial review with more detail on my move-out experience. Overall, the process was not handled with the level of professionalism or organization expected. I requested the NOC over a month in advance, yet it was issued a day after my tenancy ended, and I was then informed of potential late penalties despite the delay not being on my side. The inspection stage was inconsistent, with multiple revised quotations, changing figures, and differing explanations from different team members. This created unnecessary confusion and required repeated follow-ups just to get clear information. At times, communication felt discourteous, and my schedule and commitments did not seem to be taken into consideration. The final stage felt rushed, with last-minute requests raised late in the process. The remaining AED 21 of my security deposit is still pending — not significant in amount, but important in principle and proper closure. After posting my initial review, I was contacted multiple times regarding its removal, which I found inappropriate. Overall, there are clear areas for improvement in coordination, communication, and handling of tenant move-outs.

Once the matter was escalated, senior management immediately stepped in, reviewed the situation, and ensured everything was resolved and completed smoothly.
