I had an excellent stay at this studio apartment. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, especially Ssimran, who made my stay even more enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Hey,this is Harman who’s stayed in raine and horne vacation homes .It was great experience with you.I had a pleasant stay there that apartment was very comfortable and clean.Location is great and easy to reach.But the best thing which I got there is staff (Ms.parneet)Who’s in front of reception.She’s very friendly and helpful.Check -in and Check-out very smooth because of her.she’s very polite and welcoming

I have stayed in many places but the management is horrible in the other places . Here they always are at their service and help you all the time . Ssimran is the best The apartment is the same as photos , and near everything. Ssimran she was very helpful for me she replies fast always if there is anything and make sure the stay is comfortable. I forgot the code one time quite late to the apartment and she replied and helped me quickly. The staff is nice everyone from the cleaners people , check in and out people . And Ssimran always replies even when it’s not on her working hours . . So my stay there was very comfortable that’s why I stayed there 3 times . I definitely recommend the place . The best thing about this property is the people who manage it; they are very attentive and genuinely care about your having a great stay. They are available 24/7 and responsive to your needs. Ssimran and Zohra were especially kind to me and helped me with my luggage (which was a lot). I am very grateful for my stay there. I definitely recommend it. I stayed in January. The location was 10/10.

The most disgusting real estate rental company!!! They're price gouging. We rented two identical apartments on different floors, moved out of one, and naturally, no one wanted to return our deposit. They finally refunded it a MONTH later, and not even all of it. They charged me extra fees and utility bills for the time I wasn't living in the apartment. When they started looking into it, which also took about a month (with daily arguments), they refunded part of the amount and said it was just a mistake. 🤡 When we asked about renewing the apartment, they posted a price list that was much higher than the price for new clients on their website (for the same apartment). The staff doesn't communicate effectively. They try to rip us off everywhere, while failing to fulfill their primary responsibilities, such as paying bills ON TIME. The situation is ridiculous. I strongly advise against dealing with this company. They're incompetent, don't know how to count, and only know how to shirk their responsibilities. If any problems arise, they shift responsibility to each other (they ask you to contact colleagues🤡).

Dear Natalia, We take all feedback seriously and always strive to ensure our guests are satisfied with their stay. However, after carefully reviewing your comments and conducting an internal investigation, we find that several of the statements made are inconsistent with the services provided and are inaccurate in nature. Please find our clarifications below: You rented two identical apartments during the summer season of 2025, when rental rates were lower. The refund for the apartment you vacated was processed strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement signed by you. You were not charged utility fees for any period during which you did not reside in the apartment. Regarding the extension price, we informed you that the apartment advertised online is located 15 floors below your current unit. As it was peak season, rental rates vary depending on factors such as floor level, and you were offered the option to move to the advertised unit if you wished to obtain the published price. For three months, we requested that utility bills be paid on time and informed you that delayed payment could result in service disconnection. Unfortunately, communication from your side was often inappropriate and uncooperative. Additionally, the condition of the apartment at the time of checkout was not satisfactory and required full repainting of the walls. Based on the above, we regret to say that we would not be willing to host a guest under similar circumstances in the future. Kind regards,
