Vista Real Estate is the best and leading company in real estate marketing and sales management. I've dealt with them extensively, and it was an excellent experience from the very beginning. Their credibility, reliability, and serious execution were truly outstanding. I'm genuinely happy to have worked with them and have recommended them to all my friends because of the effort, dedication, and integrity I witnessed. They consistently excel, making them the best company in the UAE.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad our team could provide the professionalism and dedicated service you deserved. Your trust and recommendation mean everything to us. Looking forward to working with you again — or with your friends and family — down the road. Thanks again! RE/MAX VESTA Team

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with Remax Vesta. They helped us find a property and charged a broker fee. We understood, both verbally and in writing, that we would receive support in dealing with the landlord during the tenancy and at move-out. When significant maintenance issues arose (air conditioning, leaks, and damage), we ended up dealing directly with the landlord ourselves over several months, and the assistance we expected at move-out did not materialise. Our main takeaway for others: insist on a clear written brokerage agreement setting out scope before paying any fee. We have also raised the matter through the proper regulatory channels.
Response from REMAX VESTA
Thank you Martin for your review. We have already addressed this matter directly with you. Our services were fully delivered during the transaction. We will not be engaging further on this matter. REMAX VESTA TEAM

I had an exceptionally smooth experience with Remax Vesta, and it’s all thanks to Jackie — who truly deserves five stars and more. From start to finish, she was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. She answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly, making the entire process feel effortless. As a newcomer to Abu Dhabi, I especially appreciated how she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She kindly helped me set up my accounts and ensured I had all the information I needed to settle in comfortably. That level of care and attention is rare — Jackie is truly a gem. I absolutely love the flat I’ve just rented, and the whole experience couldn’t have been better. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend Remax Vesta to anyone looking for a seamless and positive rental experience.
