had an excellent experience working with Sherihan Mokhtar when purchasing my apartment. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions, provided clear and honest advice, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Sherihan paid attention to every detail, kept me informed at every stage, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right property. Her dedication, responsiveness, and expertise gave me confidence in every decision. I am extremely satisfied with her service and would highly recommend Sherihan to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Thank you for making my apartment purchase such a positive experience!

I highly recommend Richkey Properties and especially my consultant (and friend) Dib Oueidat. Dib helped me find and secure a wonderful apartment in Emaar South Golf Vale. Thanks to his professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine care, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. What sets Dib apart is that he is not just an excellent advisor but a trusted partner with whom I have enjoyed many years of successful collaboration. I always feel in safe hands with him and the Richkey team. Thank you Dib and Richkey Properties – highly recommended! 🙏
