Very disappointed. I had SPC flooring installed through Risala Furniture last year. Unfortunately, the flooring has now become misaligned in several areas, with some sections actually projecting upwards. I have been trying to get this issue addressed for the past one month through WhatsApp and phone calls. It took several follow-ups just to get a response. Eventually, they confirmed that someone would come and inspect the flooring and asked me to share my location. I shared the location immediately, but there was still no response. What was even more disappointing was that on one occasion they specifically confirmed that their person would visit on a particular day. I took a day off from work and waited at home, but no one turned up. There was not even a proper call or message informing me that the visit had been cancelled or postponed. I have even made it clear to them that I am willing to pay for the repair or replacement if necessary. I am not asking for free work. This experience has been extremely frustrating. The flooring issue itself is disappointing, but the complete lack of proper after-sales support and communication is even more concerning. I sincerely hope Risala Furniture will take this review seriously and support me to rectify this problem. At this stage, I am very disappointed with both the product experience and, more importantly, the after-sales service.

Unfortunately I am having a terrible experience. I commissioned a sofa from Risala Furniture with a. Specific type of fabric that they claimed is water proof and pet/scratch proof (which we have bought before). The fabric turned out to be thin and stretched out , not water resistant or pet proof as shown in these pictures. In addition the finishing of the sofa was terrible. I advised them that this fabric is not suitable for sofas, it’s too thin and is stretching every time someone sits. I have tried for over a month to get them to change the fabric or simply provide a refund which they guarantee on their website if the customer is not satisfied and was met with “ we will check and get back to you” , then they asked me to pay extra to change the fabric. very disappointing. Do not spend money here, they do not care about the final product or quality and will promise things they will not deliver.

We ordered two doors from Risala Carpentry— one glass and one wooden door with a window. The quality of the physical work was excellent, no complaints there. However, there was an issue with a previous manager who didn’t complete the order properly and failed to transfer the information further. As a result, the wooden door was delivered with a delay. Thankfully, Abu Hassan stepped in and resolved the issue quickly. He arranged the missing door ahead of schedule, and his support made a big difference. I really appreciate his effort and professionalism. Risala management definitely made a great choice by having Abu Hassan as a coordinator. And yes — five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Abu Hassan 🇸🇩 (Sudani)! 😊

Recently had two external doors made by Risala; front (main) door and side (kitchen) door. The front door was made to agreed design and spec and was fitted with some care and attention to detail, so all good. The side door is different design - more functional, but also fitted well.
