Very unprofessional. I receive 10 emails a day from the company without my consent and without ever having had any dealings with the company in my life.

The accommodation provides a comfortable and secure environment, especially for ladies. The facilities are well-maintained, and the swimming pool is clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxation. Overall, a great place to stay with peace of mind and excellent amenities

Whilst a year ago there was proper management and service being conducted, this year things have gone south real fast. NO ONE from the entire team cares to respond to emergency situations like flooding caused by faulty pipes in the ceiling. They don't respond to calls/emails until and unless it comes to rent renewal during which time they force your hand with above market rate increments. It's been two weeks with no response from their team for basic building maintenance requests.
