★★★★★ A huge thank you to the whole Sai Kitchen team for our new kitchen! We’re really happy with both the final result and the whole experience from start to finish. A special thank you to our designer Dana. She was incredibly attentive to everything we wanted, helped us choose the right materials, colors and finishes, and really thought through all the little details. The design turned out great, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about getting the best possible result for us, not just finishing the project. We also really appreciated how transparent the whole process was. At every stage, the team sent us photos and updates from the production, so we always knew what was happening with our kitchen. Everything felt very organized and professional. The quality is honestly excellent. Everything was made and finished very carefully, and the kitchen looks exactly like the design we approved — in some ways, even better than we expected. A big thank you as well to Hamza, who was in charge of the installation team. The installation was very professional and clean. Hamza was personally involved in the process and paid attention to all the details, making sure everything was done properly. Another big plus was the timing. The kitchen was completed and installed earlier than the deadline we were originally given. With renovations, that’s definitely not something you see every day! What impressed us the most, though, was their attitude even after the installation was finished. We had a few additional things that needed to be adjusted, and the Sai Kitchen team came back and took care of everything for free. No arguments, no extra charges, no trying to pass the responsibility to someone else — they simply came back and fixed it. That really says a lot about how they treat their customers. Overall, we got a beautiful kitchen, a great design, excellent quality, and, most importantly, a really smooth experience from beginning to end. Thank you again to Sai Kitchen, especially Dana and Hamza, and the whole team for the great work, attention to detail and genuinely good customer service. We’re very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them! 🙌

Sai Kitchen has done all my closets, kitchens and all my cabinetry for my villa. From the start of the designing process to the installation there were hiccups as is with big jobs BUT what absolutely stands out in this company is the level of professionalism and the after sales service. Everytime I have had a tiny problem or a big one, they have shown up ready to find a solution, sometimes even within 30 minutes! My gratitude to Omran, Puneet, Vimod and Ajeeth and the teams they lead from design, production, installation and maintenance respectively. Thank you 🙏🏽 You have a customer for life.

We are so trilled with our new kitchen from SAI Kitchen & Wardrobe and the incredible experience from start to finish. From the very first design meeting, Dana was extremely helpful and detailed. Mohamad Assani effectively managed the entire installation process and lead the team that was highly professional, punctual, tidy, and paid attention to the smallest details. Communication was seamless with a regular updates about daily works and who would be on-site each day. Unanticipated issues were handled gracefully, and we could not be happier with the final result - beautiful, high-quality kitchen delivered ahead of schedule. Highly recommend SAI if you want a stress-free kitchen renovation!

It has been almost a year and a half since SAI Kitchen completed all of the custom joinery for our home, including the kitchen, wardrobes, built-in cabinets, and other furniture. Our renovation was completed in February 2025, and looking back today, I can confidently say that choosing SAI Kitchen was one of the best decisions we made. The quality of the workmanship has been outstanding, but what truly makes this company special is their after sales service. A couple of weeks ago, our marble countertop unexpectedly cracked, and the liquid seeped into our InvisaCook system. It was a stressful situation, but SAI Kitchen responded immediately. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. The damaged parts were replaced, and everything was restored perfectly, as if nothing had happened. I’d especially like to thank Nesren. Throughout our entire project and even long after it was completed, she has always been incredibly responsive, professional, and supportive. No matter the question or issue, she always finds a solution quickly and treats every request as if it were her own. It is rare to meet someone who cares so much about their clients even after the project is finished. Thank you, Nesren, and thank you to the entire SAI Kitchen team for your professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service. It is reassuring to know that we can always rely on you. I wholeheartedly recommend SAI Kitchen to anyone looking not only for beautiful craftsmanship but also for a company that truly stands behind its work long after installation is complete.

We’ve had Sai do wardrobes and bathroom cabinets at our new house and we are so happy with the result! The company went above and beyond in everything: service, professionalism, supervision, materials, precision, advice and etc etc. Every step was coordinated and informed, the reports we’ve received on daily progress were superb. Quality control is on another level - any small discrepancy or default (which were little in number) were immediately taken care of. The materials, finish, final look are simply outstanding. On personal level we can’t thank Tarek and Hamza enough for constanly being in touch, available to consult on numerous queries we had, for being highly professional, polite and genuinely nice. We are so happy and grateful for the whole experience. It was the right choice from the start and this is definetely not the last time we worked with Sai, because they do make homes look cozy and stylish.
