Parking for vehicle not sure. Very inconvenient. Trucks blocking parking area. This is at the moment at this time. We are again out of the place and should take long road to come back. It is very disappointing that there are no one guiding. There is a cafe in same bldg but staff came to but can't help of course. Worse ride to go to that place

Overall I was extremely satisfied with SAMAYA HOLIDAY HOMES - nobles tower in business bay! From the inquiry - the staff is Mahmoud he is great in attending to my questions and so polite. Next is Yasmine - during the day she managed to call us to further understand what we need. Next is Ms Maria - during check out she's a star in helping us and so accommodating ❤️ I missed to get the names of the 2 hotel staff helping our luggages but they are so helpful and respectful. The reception upon our arrival is Mr. Amir/Amrit- thank you for your hospitality and prompt assist . I will recommend you as you are all amazing in SAMAYA HOLIDAY HOMES - the room we love it ! Beds are so comfy, toiletries are complete, room tools are readily available like flat iron etc. My guests were stunned and astonishingly happy 💖 they keep asking more details about you for their plan to have a stay out of their homes. 💪 Honestly , it elevates my personality upon entering your facility - it adds the scent of who I am towards my friends. 😍 You deserve 7 stars or more guys!!! You Rock! God bless you all Team ! More success!!! We would love to come back 💚💜♥️😻

"We had an incredible staycation! This 3BHK was exactly what we needed. The space was spotlessly clean and very accommodating for our group. The highlight was definitely the stunning view—it made our morning coffee and evening wind-down so much better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway

All went well except the crowds we experienced upon check in. We waited for 45 minutes, however my host is very accommodating. Over-all, with the price we pay and service its fine. Thank you:) and hopefully improve for more smoother service.

I would not recommend staying here if you want a relaxing and clean place to stay. The apartment did not smell fresh, and cleanliness was very disappointing. We also saw cockroaches inside the apartment, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Customer service was honestly one of the worst parts of the experience. It was very difficult to get assistance, and requests were mostly ignored throughout the stay. Communication was poor, and staff were not helpful at all. Overall, the experience was stressful instead of relaxing. I hope management improves their cleanliness standards and customer service for future guests.

The reception was extremely poor, and check-in was delayed until around 4 PM, even though the rooms were ready. There was no one to talk to except for a very rude Indian employee who showed no consideration for the guests and lacked any hospitality skills. All the guests with me were furious at the irresponsible behavior of the staff. After checking into the apartment, I was disgusted by the smell of the bathrooms and kitchen. I went downstairs, and they said all the apartments smelled like that. Honestly, it's not worth a single riyal. On the contrary, you'd rather pay money than stay there.

Samaya Vacation Homes is one of the best holiday home experiences I’ve had. It truly feels like a home away from home, with warm hospitality and excellent service. The property at Nobles Tower is especially impressive—rooms are well organized, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained. The highlight of the stay was the breathtaking views. The Burj Khalifa side view is absolutely stunning, and the surrounding city views are equally fantastic. Cleanliness was spotless throughout the stay, and it’s clear that Samaya Vacation Homes maintains very high standards when it comes to housekeeping and hygiene. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay.

I'm only talking about apartment 2411 on the 24th floor. It's an apartment with a private owner. The apartment doesn't have a view of the Burj Khalifa; the view is on the other side. There's no cleaning service; you have to pay 150 for cleaning. There are no cribs for children. Check-out time is 11 AM.

4/5 Stars: Amazing Views, Great Comfort, Needs Better Basic Setup We had a very clean, modern, and comfortable stay with an amazing view! The self-catering apartment is very well-designed, especially the kitchen, bathrooms, and living room, providing a nice space to relax after a day exploring Dubai. The dual-zone air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge comfort, and we appreciated having access to Smart TVs (Netflix/Prime). The on-site convenience store at the base of the tower was a great bonus, offering free room delivery. The building also provides excellent amenities, including a pool (with a beautiful view), a gym, and parking. We also noted the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful when we asked for assistance. However, the experience was held back by two key issues: 1. Missing Essentials (Kitchen & Lighting): There was a severe shortage of basic kitchenware—we had to share just one drinking glass and only had one usable bowl. Additionally, the lack of lamps in any room meant we had to rely on bright overhead lights, making creative lighting necessary. 2. Lack of Welcome Information: No welcome folder was provided upon check-in with crucial details like WiFi passwords, laundry system instructions, or bin disposal information. This all had to be specifically asked for at reception. Overall, it's a great place to stay with wonderful facilities and helpful staff, but an investment in basic glassware, lamps, and a simple welcome sheet would easily make this a 5-star experience.
